I am trying to find my own skin in the 'You are Minecraft' map from a few years back, but the server won't launch correctly. It won't show in the multiplayer menu, and it won't connect through direct connect to localhost. Here is a pastebin of the server log after one launch https://pastebin.com/u8kkCeAQ
I couldn't get the server to work either, no idea why, so I copied the world save files to a new 1.2.5 world file and could open it that way. Of course, all the server commands won't work but at least you can open the world and walk around in it. I don't think it's absolutely necessary to create a 1.2.5 world, but I wanted to make sure it was compatible. Might work in a world save created with the latest version, I don't know.

The only problem with opening the world in singleplayer is that there is no hope in hell of actually finding my statue, so it isn't really any use, I just don't understand why the server won't run correctly.
Got it to work, use the old launcher to run version 1.2.5 and it connects. I had an old copy of the launcher jar in my .minecraft folder, so if you don't have a copy, grab this:
Seems the new launcher uses a different login than the old one used to. When I use the old launcher, I can see the YAM server, but not any other servers I have listed, but in the new launcher, I can see all the other servers but not the YAM one.
I used the command to go to your statue, so that works too.

Any idea what the name of it is? There's only 4 plugins in the plugins folder
