I'm having an unusual glitch with redstone and after spending a while looking for a fix on google and even contacting my host they suggested i make a post on this forum. Basically after i power a line of redstone and then the power is remove the color of the redstone dims but it remains powered. Its not a matter of accidentally creating a loop, purely just that redstone doesn't unpower without breaking the line and even then it unpowers very oddly. I've included a few images to try and show what i'm describing.
Any help regarding this issue would be highly appreciated.
Your circuit seems fairly cramped, and we don't have a very good view. Is there a comparator anywhere near where the error is occurring? It seems like that would be the only thing causing the low-powered dust.
Also make sure that the repeaters aren't leading into blocks/other wires that would connect to that area, because that can make an infinite loop that seems to have no beginning.

Dear Justin Bieber haters,
I owe my life to Justin.
On March 9th, 2013, I was in a coma for 6 months after a terrible car crash.
One day my nurse turned the radio to Justin’s song.
So I got up, and turned the radio off
"When life gives you lemons, don't make lemonade! Demand to see life's manager! Make life rue the day it thought it could give Cave Johnson lemons! Do you know who I am? I'm the man whose gonna burn your house down - with the lemons! I'm gonna get my engineers to invent a combustible lemon that'll burn your house down!"
Ok i tested this one line deal and this happened....still an issue with one line but as soon as i separated the lines and powered the second line it updated the first and turned them both off. I'm even more confused now.
Wow, I've never seen anything like that before... You seem to have a bug, that shouldn't ever happen, maybe report it on Jira? As for now, maybe try putting it in a different configuration, or have a piston update the buggy block constantly.

This is a fairly common minecraft glitch, it has nothing to do with the server itself as far as i'm aware.
partykid4 is right this has nothing to do with the server at all. Just a simple redstone glitch which can be fixed.
Here to help the people that no one else will.
Thank you for your replys, i'm relieved to hear that. Do you know how i might go about fixing it?

Ok i took some more photos to give a better view, hopefully you can see a bit more what I'm talking about. Thank you all for your help so far.
If possible, use 1 line of redstone instead of two, that worked for me on a test world.
