Hello, this is my first time posting on minecraftforums, I've been looking how to port forward for a while now, no luck. I currently have a spectrum router, and I've tried multiple times to port forward the default minecraft port (25565 if anyone doesn't know). I'm trying to port forward my server so that friends could play, but it always disconnects them saying "cannot connect to server". I uploaded an image showing the gui of the spectrum port forwarding, blurred out my ip due to obvious reasons. If anyone is wondering I have tried allowing the port 25565 thru my firewall too, still isn't working. If anyone knows how to fix this please tell me!

Temporarily completely disable your firewall and try again.
Didn't work sadly.
Post your server.properties on paste.ubuntu.com please.
here it is: https://paste.ubuntu.com/p/8m3rG8PVjr/
Leave the server-ip value blank, if there's something there.
how come?
Because it's not needed in this case. MC will auto-bind to the correct IP anyway.
my friends are saying the connection is IO abstract connection refused: No further information.
