I've tired almost every fix, it's port forwarded it worked at first then I went to try to allocate more ram, turns out I had 32 bit java. Then I installed 64bit java and it would launch again but my friends couldn't join anymore
Did you make proper exceptions to your firewall after you installed new java?
Yes, if you mean making sure java SE is allowed through the firewall, I've even disabled the firewall to no avail.
