So for the record I'm no expert, but when I migrated my host earlier this month I had serious lag on my spigot server until I added -XX:ParallelGCThreads=4 to the arguments
My system has similar specs to yours, worth I shot I think

He shouldnt dedicate all of his cores to GC, since if it does GC, the server will lag while it's cleaning up memory.

-XX:ParallelGCThreads=3 instead of 4.
You're right. I run a Intel Xeon E3 1270 V3 which has 4 cores, but 8 threads unlike his which only runs one thread per core. My bad, should've googled his cpu.
Mate I already told you, if it happens on one world only you have a couple of choices: restore from backup, let somebody repair your world or create a new world and this time make sure to make regular backups.
^^ since your running windows it would be the text contents of whatever .bat file you're using to start the server
Im pretty sure its this then, first is the spigot server, after the ----- goes the first normal server which both lag.

So i just add "-XX:ParallelGCThreads=3" in the line of "java -DIReallyKnowWhatIAmDoingISwear -Xmx5120M -jar spigot-1.15.2.jar" ?
Yes
Still lagging, the lagg check still the same too, here the logs https://paste.ubuntu.com/p/jCHjRZS7dh/.
