Hi there, I have been having some trouble getting people connected to my mine craft server. I was hosting it on a windows server os but due to an issue with the os bricking itself trying to update i have switched to Ubuntu server. The server runs just fine and will load the world without crashing but whenever someone tries to join you can see your player hand for a split second and then you get booted and it just says INTERNAL SERVER ERROR (console log below) on the game screen. As far as I know it is not related to the server firewall or network configuration of the host machine so I was hoping someone might be able to point me in the right direction to a solution or another thread where something similar was discussed because I cant find any.
As far as things I have tried already. I have tried removing player date from the world I moved over, I have tried generating an entirely new world. I verified that the post was open for both my router and in the servers permissions. I disabled the servers firewall to see if that would allow me to connect and it did not so im out of ideas. Thanks in advance for any help I can get!
PS: where it says *snip* in the log was just me removing my IP address so there isn't anything weird happening there. Thanks again!

No I'm fairly certain it's a modded server. For some reason the log called latest doesn't include the modded stuff I can go find it for you but I watched it launch and it was definitely loading mods. The actual log is significantly larger. will post shortly

Are you trying to connect with a modded client on a vanilla server?
no its a modded client connecting to a modded server, we are using the 1.7.10 pack.
No, you're running a vanilla server, that's why I'm asking.
List your plugins.
Is the server cracked?
No I'm fairly certain it's a modded server. For some reason the log called latest doesn't include the modded stuff I can go find it for you but I watched it launch and it was definitely loading mods. The actual log is significantly larger. will post shortly
No it's not cracked either. The pack can be found here https://www.technicpack.net/modpack/the-1710-pack.453902
here is the full log to prove otherwise https://www.dropbox.com/s/jrrjsbni1qwk42b/fulllog.txt?dl=0
Use paste.ubuntu.com so people don't have to download stuff.
alright here https://paste.ubuntu.com/p/Q9fVC6vr3g/
I remade the server and the issue sort of resolved itself. Thanks for trying to help though!
