I have recently created a Minecraft Bukkit Server for the version 1.10 and I have port forwarded properly and I can join my own server and so can all the other computers in my house but for some reason none of my friends can. I have given them my External IP Address and they still cannot seem to join I really don't know what the issue can be but I really want to fix it so we can play the newest Minecraft version together.
If all the computers in your house can access the server, that means there's something wrong with the port forwarding on your router. Can you please share your router's model and current port forwarding configuration?

Are they connecting with <Your IP>:<Your Server Port>?
No, they are connecting with my External IP Address.
(JUST THE EXTERNAL IP ADDRESS BY ITSELF)
If all the computers in your house can access the server, that means there's something wrong with the port forwarding on your router. Can you please share your router's model and current port forwarding configuration?
