Before I start can I say thank you in advance!
Ever since I switched to a new internet provider I don't seem to be able to port-forward. I set up a server to the best of my ability, but only I can join and I've tried nearly everything. I hate to be the person to be asking for help, but when you can't do it yourself ask others for help I guess.

Thank you for any help you can give, and ask for any information you may need to help and you shall receive!

My old signature was stupid and outdated. It's gone now.
Open Windows Firewall by clicking the Start button , and then clicking Control Panel. In the search box, type firewall, and then click Windows Firewall.
In the left pane, click Advanced settings. If you're prompted for an administrator password or confirmation, type the password or provide confirmation.
In the Windows Firewall with Advanced Security dialog box, in the left pane, click Inbound Rules, and then, in the right pane, click New Rule.
Follow the instructions in the New Inbound Rule wizard.
Do this until you have two inbound for the port 35565 udp and tcp and then do exactly the same but instead of pressing Inbound Rules you press Outbound Rules
