1.7.2 Server Exe wont run

That's basically it. I can't get the server file to run at all. I click on it and nothing pops up.

Go to task manager. Is your CPU being taken up? Minecraft Server may start up without a window

It shows as Java.exe in the process for a little bit, but then disappears.

I download Minecraft Server.exe from minecraft .net I run Minecraft server.exe it pops up......BUT ONCE IT DOES NOTHING HAPPENS SOMEONE HELP ME
