Okay I know lot of people asked this question, but none of solution helps me, I will post pictures of my stats so you can see
I am using Just Enough Items , Forge, OptiFine , and only one texture pack which replaces new minecraft sounds with old ones, I tried to turn that off, but fps does not change, I put almost everything on low setting.
8 GB RAM
Radeon R9 270x 2 GB
Intel I5 750 2.67 Ghz
Windows 10 Pro
I had this world since 1.8 beta . Does that make it slower ? Like lot of cache and junk loaded ?
Please define what you mean by slow. If you mean slow in FPS, your computer just may not have enough umph to play Minecraft with your current visual settings. If you're playing on a server and you're getting a delay after placing/breaking blocks, it could be because your internet is running at around 170 MS, meaning your ping is very high resulting in lagging communication between your client and the server.

It could possibly be related to the resolution that you have set, which is very non-standard. The higher the resolution, the more strain placed on the gpu, which will bring down your frame count (especially on a card produced four years ago when the standard was largely still 1080p).
If you don't have really any 1.12 blocks, you can downgrade to the last version you need. For a source, on my trash laptop, 1.6 yields around 40 more FPS than 1.7. 1.8 is around a 30 drop off. And it goes downhill from there. (From 1.6-1.12 I went from ~160FPS to 45 FPS).

what you can do to make it bearable is to reduced render view down to 8 chunks.
