I was building a "Hardcore" modpack for my nephew since he asked ( you know harder everything... basically the closes I could get to Dark Souls Minecraft).
While installing the mods one at a time to ensure no compatibility or crashing issues. I came across a mod that wouldn't allow the world to be created and would simply crash any time you attempted to. So I removed it. When starting up without the mod that started this issue. It would just follow the same problem and I'm unsure as to what is exactly going on. Why would the same mod set work, but then not work?

Its a Java crash. Not much you can do.
Install the latest version of Java (and 64 bit if your OS is 64 bit). Update the launcher settings to use this version of Java.
Delete the Profile your using and make a new one. Re-install the mods.
What launcher are you using?
"We live on a placid island of ignorance in the midst of black seas of infinity, and it was not meant that we should voyage far."
I'm using the default one.
