So I have been wondering about something that has been annoying because I do use this feature. So I am useing forge and I REALY want to know if it IS possible to have different version mods in the folder at the same time without minecraft going CRAZY! so here's an example of what I mean... I have 5 mods world edit for 1.11, better hud for 1.8.9, some other 1.7.10 mod, tornado mod for 1.10, and optifine for all thoses versions.
SO is there a way I can have ALL of thoses mods in the mods folder so I don't have to keep removing and replacing them EVERY SINGLE time I want to use them. Oh and by the way I am useing forge and I am hoping to not change mod launchers is it is possible.

in mods create a folder with the name of the version(1.11.2, 1.10, etc) and put the versions of the mods in those folders. Forge should only load the one with the same version
