So I have been at this for a good part of the day... I wanted to install a shaders mod to my client for video use and whatnot but nothing works.
I am using GLSL Shaders Mod 1.7.10 on Forge beta 10.13.0.1170 for 1.7.10 as well as Optifine for 1.7.10.
I read that some packs don't support Intel graphics and I'm using an Intel HD Graphics 4400. The shader pack I use was Sildur's Vibrant Shaders 1.0 intel and when I tried to load a world I got this error:

Well I was looking around on Intel's site and I couldn't find any way to downgrade my drivers. I did find that I can roll back my drivers but that option isnt available and its probably because I updated a few months ago. So I'm assuming that I'm screwed?

If you get an error containing something like this:
The numbers might be different, but the "ig" at the begging is importatn. That is an Intel driver crash. If you have only Intel HD Graphics then you need to downgrade your drivers. If you have any other Nvidia/AMD GPU, you must force the use of your other GPU for Minecraft (ideally force it globally).
how do i need to force the use of my driver or something... i have nvidia soo how do i need to do it plz help:(
In your Graphics Control Panel. It's possible to do it for your entire system -or- to conserve resources for just minecraft.exe and javaw.exe (64bit if possible).
Can you please explain how to do it with amd (catalyst driver [14.9]) and please try to do it as detailed as it could be.
Someone should really post youtube video on how to fix this because glsl is really popular and requested mod.

Different cards have different menus. If it's Win, open the graphic control panel by right-clicking on your desktop background. You should get a pop-menu to select Catalyst. There will be an option in there. Try internet search. (tbh, that's the best an nvidia user can offer)
I think it's more about people don't know their computers well enough. Shaders just happened to be the one that pointed that out. What graphics is your computer using for other applications/games.
So I have AMD A10-5800K APU with radeon hd 7660 D, 8GB of RAM (6.96GB usable)
I have had a problem where Minecraft (vanilla) crashed (from the first time I installed the game) every time I tried to start it up. The problem was that Minecraft couldn't find my graphics driver (when I reinstalled driver it worked just fine) and even shaders if I remember coretly worked fine also 1.7.2 (I think)
So I know you couldn't be able to help me with thing but can you just explain how exatly forcing use of gpu would be done (btw I am on windows 7 ultimate 64 bit). Like even on nvidia i know you go into controll centre and you choose an option like what that option could be even named (3d application settings, GPU settings, preferences, GPU properties etc.) because I haven't even found anything in catalyst that would force anything to an application or force the gpu to an application...
Ok, I see now. I should have asked for info. There is no need to force GPU then. This happens with laptops/notebooks with graphics cards. From your info there is no graphic card. That Radeon HD 7660D is embedded/integrated on the CPU. Soldered on. It borrows RAM from the CPU. That is APU. It is not a dedicated graphics card that has it's own memory and cooling. If you have video, you're using it.
However, that is terrible graphics for gaming. You can try the less demanding Shaders. It is difficult to put a line. There are so many graphics. I hate to say don't try because then I get proved wrong. Some are happy with pics but the goal is playable Shaders. Try Sildur's Basic. The least is MrButternuss or Paolo's Lagless.
I would still like to find good instructions for selecting the GPU from AMD/Catalyst.
Actually I am running on a dekstop pc (if i told that word right) that has run very demanding games for me like watch dogs, nfs rivals, the crew (beta) etc. I know it would be better to have a gpu than integrated one (APU) but really if I would want to get a good one (well if i got lucky from amd gaming evolved) that costs a lot. BTW I already have the latest 14.9 driver (atleast that is what autodetect says and even amd gaming evolved too) And again (Forgot to mension) that my minecraft crashes not when using shader pack but when I add the shaders mod core to mods folder or .jar (I could install billion other mods but except this one) So considering that it worked right than, than what is the problem right now when it doesn't want to work?
Sorry! I knew you were using 14.9. That's partly why it wasn't in my original post. Like grim says, SEUS won't work for you. I run vanilla > 300fps. I forget exact number. I'm lucky to get 60 on Ultra. It drops 10-15 fps when raining. It tanks when generating new land. From everything I've read SEUS Ultra is way more demanding than BF4. I don't play but it gets compared a lot.

In your Graphics Control Panel. It's possible to do it for your entire system -or- to conserve resources for just minecraft.exe and javaw.exe (64bit if possible).
Different cards have different menus. If it's Win, open the graphic control panel by right-clicking on your desktop background. You should get a pop-menu to select Catalyst. There will be an option in there. Try internet search. (tbh, that's the best an nvidia user can offer)
I think it's more about people don't know their computers well enough. Shaders just happened to be the one that pointed that out. What graphics is your computer using for other applications/games.
Ok, I see now. I should have asked for info. There is no need to force GPU then. This happens with laptops/notebooks with graphics cards. From your info there is no graphic card. That Radeon HD 7660D is embedded/integrated on the CPU. Soldered on. It borrows RAM from the CPU. That is APU. It is not a dedicated graphics card that has it's own memory and cooling. If you have video, you're using it.
However, that is terrible graphics for gaming. You can try the less demanding Shaders. It is difficult to put a line. There are so many graphics. I hate to say don't try because then I get proved wrong. Some are happy with pics but the goal is playable Shaders. Try Sildur's Basic. The least is MrButternuss or Paolo's Lagless.
I would still like to find good instructions for selecting the GPU from AMD/Catalyst.

Sorry! I knew you were using 14.9. That's partly why it wasn't in my original post. Like grim says, SEUS won't work for you. I run vanilla > 300fps. I forget exact number. I'm lucky to get 60 on Ultra. It drops 10-15 fps when raining. It tanks when generating new land. From everything I've read SEUS Ultra is way more demanding than BF4. I don't play but it gets compared a lot.
