So yesterday I made a new survival world. I'm running the lastest version of MCPE and I didn't input any seed. I swear, no matter which way I go I end up back at a Savannah Biome. I don't know if this is a glitch or not but it really is odd. For instance, if I travel to a Savannah Biome and go through, I end up at a Desert Biome. Once I go through the desert biome, I end up back at a savannah biome. If I cross a large body of water, go through a Plains Biome, then go through a desert biome, I end up back at a savannah biome. A bit of anger builds up inside me every time I see the savannah's acacia trees in the distance. I'm definitely not going in circles. I don't know if it's the same savannah every time or if there are just a lot of savannahs in my world. Please help, is there a way to avoid ending back up at savannahs? Because I've seen far too many!
You probably got a seed that generated a lot of savannahs. Since you just generated the world yesterday, I'm assuming you don't have a lot invested in it, and my best advice would be to scrap it and start a new world. You can keep generating new worlds until you find one you like, or check out the seed forum if you want to guarantee you'll like the world you end up with.
If you really want to see what's out there in the world you already have - to see if there is anything other than savannahs - you can get the seed number and generate the world again in creative mode so you can fly around for a better look. To get the seed number, go to the title screen and click edit. Seed number is on the left by the red "x" just under the number of MB for each world.
