The reference to the error in the title is in the Third Part
This is coming out as a ticking entity issue. From what I have gathered, the ticking entity error is in reference to a mob that has been corrupted in some manner. At least that is my understanding, and the only way to resolve that issue is either by removing the mob (killing it, deleting it's info via NTBExplorer, etc), or removing the mod that is responsible for the entity.
Neither of those options I prefer, so I want to understand what this is, and how to prevent or fix it.
Anyone out there lend a hand? Some advice? Some direction? Sharing their experience?
I have done that with some other entities earlier, which worked, and I could load the game and run around in it again, but I want to know:
* What's causing it (outside of just using the mod)
* How to prevent it
I know these issues can happen during snapshots, as they are a beta/development branch of Minecraft. What causes them to happen there, are how are they resolved/prevented?

There is an invalid Death Worm on your map (ice and fire)
Entity's Block location: World: (274,67,102)
Backup your world, remove Ice and Fire and test it again
If it is working then place some blocks there and test it with this mod again.
Or use NBTExplorer and open the region file
Search for that Entity and delete it:

I have no idea
Maybe a bug with this mod or compatibility issues with another mod
