Lower your render distance, 21 is quite high. Try something like 4 or 6 and see if that helps at all. Besides that, your computer is on the edge of Minecraft's minimum requirements. A graphics card upgrade would really help, although if you're playing on a laptop, the only way that you'll be able to upgrade that is by buying a new one.
Unfortunately that computer is from medieval ages and really doesn't meet Minecraft's system requirements.

Sadly yes this is my personal laptop, as long as it works , i dont really mind low quality
Also try to see if playing full screen helps.
