I've been having a problem lately with my fps on vanilla minecraft where it averages out at 40 fps. I've tried external programs like optifine with only a slight increase of ~20 fps, and using shaders is around ~30 fps average. Im trying to fix this problem ever since i upgraded to a rtx 2080. my computer consists of a i5 9600k, rtx 2080 32gbs 3200mhz with 16gbs allocated to minecraft. I've tried to solve it using many different methods with no luck. Im hoping there is something I havent tried ori can get answers for this.
Minecraft 1.15 doesn't run smoothly because it's poorly coded.

Say something silly, Laugh 'til it hurts, Take a risk, Sing out loud, Rock the boat, Shake things up, Flirt with disaster, Buy something frivolous, Color outside the lines, Cause a scene, Order dessert, Make waves, Get carried away, Have a great day!
Lower your render distance a lot and allocate less memory to Minecraft.

that doesnt change anything, it doesnt matter what settings is present even 2 chunks, it remains low. Ive also tried changing the value of allocated memory lots and with no luck. even after this attempt at setting it back to 4gbs it hasnt done anything.
