I use an Acer Nitro 5 AN515-42 with a Ryzen 7 2700U with Vega 10 graphics and a Radeon RX560 X. My GPUs both have updated drivers and the game runs on the discreet GPU (RX560 X). My chunks do not update and the game runs at like 1-4 fps. What do I do?

Say something silly, Laugh 'til it hurts, Take a risk, Sing out loud, Rock the boat, Shake things up, Flirt with disaster, Buy something frivolous, Color outside the lines, Cause a scene, Order dessert, Make waves, Get carried away, Have a great day!

The game is more stable now at 20 fps, but that's unplayable
Turn off mipmapping.
Also, try lowering "Biome Blend" to 5x5 or lower.
It's even worse now. Mipmapping off and biome blend 3x3
