I've been trying to use Mo' Creatures for a while now and every time I try to load/make a new world it gets stuck at "Building terrain". (It just recently started having "Loading world." above it, I don't know if that matters.) When I uninstall it my worlds work fine and are just like before, I really want this mod so I will pretty much do anything!
P.S. My Minecraft is version 1.10.2 and I only have 17 mods. (Including Mo' Creatures.)
How much ram do you have allocated? Modded 1.10 is a ram hog and I know from using Mo Creatures in 1.7 that it is as well. Feed the Beast normally recommends at least 6gb for the new versions so I would try allocating more and see if that helps. FoamFix also provides some optimizations so you should check that out too if you haven't already.

i have Mo creatures installed in a 1.10.2 world with about 35 other mods and it can take awhile to start, just make sure you have at least 2Gb allocated to minecraft and be patient it will start eventually.
How long exactly does it take to start? The longest I have let it wait is an hour and it didn't do anything. (I have 6GB allocated.) Edit: I allocated 7GB and I'll see if it works.
I tried all of those mods and ran into the same issue. After poking around with the log a bit I took Aether 2 out and it loaded up no problem. Aether is still in beta so that might have something to do with it.
It isn't the same as Aether, but you could try Abyssalcraft in its place. I checked the the pack opens fine with it added.

Before you load a world, go into the video settings and turn mipmap levels down to 0. That might also help. What other mods are you using?
The mods I have are
Waypoints
Thuttech
Thutcore
Real Filing Cabinet
RadixCore
Minecraft Comes Alive
Instant Structures
Crayfish's Furniture
Forestry
Decocraft
Better Builders Wands
Aether 2
Mo' Creatures
Custom Mob Spawner
Dragon Mounts
I don't know why but my Minecraft glitched and said I have 17.
I turned mipmap off and it still wouldn't work, maybe I am just doomed to never use Mo' Creatures?

Thank you so much! It finally worked!
No problem. Glad it finally worked.
