I looked on Google and this seems to be a reoccurring, but extremely old issue related to how Minecraft communicates with Java.
Just yesterday I was going to go ahead and play Minecraft, but every time I hit "Play Now" it fails to run Minecraft and gives me a crash log of what happened (I don't have it anymore but it was something basically with runtime.) So I ignored it and went and did something else because I wasn't in the mood to get all technical and deal with more issues if they occur while I fix it.
A day later goes by, and I decide to update Java realizing that, it may have been the issue. Sadly not and it has only gotten worse, see below in the capture.
I think the issue literally lies in Java its self, and I just need to reinstall this "runtime" but before I screw up again I wanted to ask what plans of action I should take. The last thing I want to do is completely screw with Minecraft & Java.

Hey you! Hi
(also rip Pixelized Project, the dream could have came true if the whole team weren't kids :P.)
First, go to Programs and Features in Control Panel (Add and Remove Programs on XP). Uninstall everything that says Java in the name. Then, go to http://java.com/en/download/manual.jsp to re-install Java.

Managed to get that problem fixed, and I can enter the menu but now I am having an issue when I boot up the launcher with forge 1.8.2 (with optifine & betterfps) I got a fatal error. and cannot enter Minecraft (I get error log), but on vanilla minecraft (11.2) I can enter but the second I do I end up with this weird GUI crash report (has crafting table icon not grass block when I start & receive the crash log.)
Should I uninstall Minecraft? I had an issue with forge awhile back related to Java during 1.8 releases basically I forge couldn't run on Java's new version (I think it was Version 7, its been awhile.) Could that be the issue?
Also. I didn't mention it before but I am running off of two users, one is a admin and one Is a regular member. It was working completely fine a while back simultaneously between the two users but now both do not work. (And by awhile back I mean before the runtime issue was even occurring.)
You may need to reinstall the locally installed files that Minecraft puts into place.
To do so, press your Windows+R keys, type in %AppData% at the dialog, and press Enter. In the window that appears, open the .minecraft directory, and delete everything except for the saves directory that you see therein. Then, try running Minecraft again. Good luck!

Hey you! Hi
(also rip Pixelized Project, the dream could have came true if the whole team weren't kids :P.)
Try in vanilla, thats a error with a vadly stalled forge - what?
I tried it in Vanilla 11.2 and the issue is fixed, I can run Minecraft now.
I would still prefer using 1.8.9 forge since my PC can't exactly handle the FPS to well, it drops to 30 easily and it takes forever to get back up to 64.
Taken by what you said, I'm going to take it I may have to reinstall forge to?

Also not 1.8.2 I just derped when I was talking.
badly installed*, and if the issue is with forge and not vanilla, take it to the modded section
