So no matter what I do i cannot place pulverized coal into an induction smelter.... it simply wont let me. I've checked the flux slot and I don't think that's it. The problem may not just be limited to pulverized coal but that's all I've tested. I cannot place it in either slot of the induction smelter. So is this a glitch or is there just something incredibly stupid happening with Thermal Expansion?
After trying some of the other pulverized ore, which is what the induction smelter is meant to handle, it seems that some of them work and some of them don't. For the ones that don't i've noticed that there ic2 equivalent counterparts seem to be working. So i think that thermal expansion and ic2 are fighting each other over recipes. Either way, now that i know i can get things to work for each recipe in at least one mod i think i can be happy.

It doesn't appear that you can use Pulverized Coal to smelt things.
Well here it is in NEI. Still wont let me actually place it though
