Hello. I'm posting this thread in this discussion because the support page isn't working. Anyway, my friend's Minecraft account has been glitched. For some reason, his skin is just a completely white character with a black smudge. And he can't change it. And he can't join anyone's realm either. Anyone know a fix for this? If possible, thanks.
