There is an ton of mob adding mods in there. Meaning the used entity IDs slot count is really high to point a dump would be rather large.
DivineRPG is mostly a large solo mod by itself. More of an total Conversion mod (like TerraFirmaCraft). Ensure you know what mod works with another. I can tell most these need tweaking to work with one another. Divine RPG being one that may not work with hardly any of those.
If it seemed that I wrote it sounds like an conflict, just my poor wording nature which is sadly how I do. That is fairly what I meant by the large used entity IDs slot count is the 127+ entity ID count vanilla bug. Yet despite that, some mod authors still insist to globally assign their IDs instead using Forge Automatic ID system. Which has existed since like MC 1.4 or close thereof.
i cant get into a world. the second i get into it. It loads a sec. and "Shutting down internal server" and CRASH.
If unable to get few seconds in a world to open NEI and ID Dump, then may have to do game of elimination with mods.
Backup entire instance (mostly Mods and Configs folder before touching them) and zip archive them and put to side. Then remove a mod, starting with DivineRPG and then loadup the game and see if problem resolved. If not rinse and repeat and remove another mod and so on.
When the game does work fine. Put all previous mods you removed back in except the last mod you removed. Then test again, if all is well, you found your primary culprit mod.
Sadly there isn't really any other way to dump Entity IDs because no method is needed really if ALL mod authors would use Forge's auto assigning system.
I know of no other path to take for finding an resolution.

I FOUND A WAY TO SOLVE THIS:
DElete all mods and make a new modpack.
