Did you installed Windows 10 now on your old OS newly (less than 1 month)? or what
IF yes then downgrade to your old OS and try again
If no then your PC doesn't support Windows 10 , It should be downgraded before playing
Rollback Post to RevisionRollBack
-Pixel Format Not Accelerated Problems in Windows 10 Reasons-
1.Old Intel CPU (2nd Gen and older) and these aren't ready for Windows 10.Please downgrade to an older version
2-Slow/Intel GPU (But sometimes Intel GPU just work fine from 3rd Gen CPU or newer on Win10)
3-Update Drivers (recommended for Dedicated GPU but not always for Intel's)
[This signature isn't to critisice Intel/Microsft or any thing of this sort, I am criticising You and You idiotness for not checking the requirements for Windows 10] (If you are annoyed of the ammount of the thread with a "Pixel Format Not accelerated" problem, plz Share this signature
To be honest - I tried that before, but do not know, how to identify the right Driver after analyzing the protocol. Therefore, I used the INTEL Installer, because I hope, that it searches for the right Driver. How should I proceed?
Dear mr Falkenwischi (that's not a traditional way to say hi but keep going)
I don't think that upgrading to Windows 10 is good, since you have a new PC but really old parts, that aren't supported by Intel anymore
Downgrading will be better for you.
I hope I helped you. And don't forget to reply
(I guess that's rude to enter inside someone's thread to post their problems, you can link me to your thread instead, that will be better. And a PM will be even better)
[PS: I am not a computer hardware pro, But because of this really common problem, I know the ideal way to solve it {And also I have it as my signature if you realised that }]

SkeletonGamer is right. The Vostro 1220 model computer is over 6 years old. Dell's support web site warns that it hasn't been tested for Windows 10 update, which is the strongest statement that will make. Microsoft provides lots of mostly functional drivers for obsolete parts, but in this case that isn't good enough to run Minecraft afterwards. You might be able to play Windows 10 edition of MC, but not the PC edition
