But... I can't run Minecraft, it goes around 20 - 30 fps WITH OptiFine. I reduced graphics as much as i could, and it didn't fixed the problem.
I see people with computers half as good as mine recording smooth, fluent gameplay. Why can't I?
There are some things I am certain people will suggest, so I have made a list of things I've tried to do to fix my problems.
- Reinstall graphic drivers
- Repair install computer
- Deleted my minecraft folder and reinstalled
- Defragmented
- Use programs like CCleaner
- Called support (they couldn't help)
Hey WaterQuarks! Its most likely a Java issue. Javas not that great :P. Anyways I can only recommend uninstalling java and re installing a the newest version. If that does not work you can try increasing the RAM allocated towards Minecraft. There are plenty of videos that can help you. Hope this helps!

Wouldn't recommend increasing RAM allocation, in most cases high amounts of allocated RAM actually decreases fps due to the Java Garbage Collector collecting too much garbage before emptying. 1GB (pretty sure that's the default amount of RAM allocated) is perfect for most unmodded Minecraft installations.

Also check your Catalyst Control Center and make sure it's set to force the use of your R5 card. Multi GPU laptops have a habit of running Minecraft on the weaker graphic processor, your APU in this case.
I don't know how do I do this, neither know if i have a Multi GPU laptop.
This works only with Optifine Ultra really. The important options are:
Multi-core chunk loading
Advanced OpenGL - fast or fancy
In Performance:
Smooth FPS (not smooth world)
Fast Math
Dynamic chunk updates
Also, never use the FPS limiter. It's to be set to Max/Unlimited.
As for multi GPU's, yes you have. The APU can act as a GPU. An almost identical problem shows up with Intel processors and their integrated Intel HD chips. By which I mean on laptops Minecraft runs on the Intel HD by default and putters at ~50 FPS, even if there's, say, an Nvidia 860M on hand that should be able to run Minecraft at 200+ FPS.
The option is most probably somewhere in Application Profiles.
Hm, i tried installing OptiFine Ultra, setting all the options as you said, and it didn't show any changes...
I searched in all Catalyst Center the ''Application Profiles'' option and i couldn't find anything.
Do you have any tutorial showing how to do this?

The options are a great tool..
I already reduced all graphics settings at lowest...

optionsof: http://pastebin.com/btAYpLWD Render Distance is at 8, yes, but it doesn't affect fps rate.
I think they are at lowest,
