I have returned from vacation and updated this fix. Thanks for being patient, and sorry for the long delay. Enjoy.
pqqqqq, I would like to mention that Minecraft's file system has changed. The bin and the jar is in the "Versions" Folder. The fix does not work anymore, could you please redesign it and test it.
I really love this solution, it fixes Minecraft for two of my computers(thank you so much) but I think many people would appreciate it if you put up the source code for this .class file(including me, for I could attempt at updating the fix sooner and easier).
hello I do not know anything about java and class files.. xD I wanted to know if they can fix the 1.6.4 fixed because it gives me error ... thank you for this work .. (translated by google translator)
Great fix, I love it! Unfortunately, the problem is still around in 1.7.4, and I do not know enough about class files and java... thingies... to update it with the source. Could someone please explain how I use the source file to get the class file I need?
Here is what I did:
I took the source code from pqqqqq and changed everywhere "ServerAddress" came up to "bwc", which is an available class name in the minecraft.jar. Finally I took the new source code file (bwc.java) and compiled it with javac.exe(which is downloaded through java's JDK) into a .class and dragged it into the minecraft.jar(along with the modding process).
It works. I tried(Same symptoms as others before, gone after).
If not, tell me what you did and what is happening.
Same principle...
