So, when I started to play minecraft, I used the guest account that comes with the computer (PC windows 7). When I played minecraft, I got 100+ fps. After a while, I needed an administrator account because the guest didn't have privileges. Also, my dad didn't want me using the guest account any more. My computer is great so I don't think there is something wrong with my computer. Anyways, I opened the account and re-downloaded minecraft. After I did this, I started getting 30 or lower fps. I opened another account without administrator because I thought that was the issue, but I still had the same problem. Whe wired part is, when I am playing I usually get 30 or lower fps, but sometimes, during random parts of the game my fps gets boosted to 60 and locks on to 60. (Note that this is for multiplayer).
Possible fixes/issues that I have attempted.
-getting optifine
-setting my fps to unlimited with optifine
-turning off Vsync
-getting a new account (with out admin)
-clearing hard drive space (I now have 900GB left)
-putting my render distance down and graphics on fancy
-downgrading minecraft to 1.6
Well I hope someone can help! Thanks!

My dad won't let me use it because it is for Other family and he doesn't want anything on it. also, it doesn't game admin.
Create an account called "Family", explain your problem to your dad, use the guest account for MC and the "Family" account for other family.
