Revisit you can build in the viod. This time when you drop you look up and try to place blocks underneath the addy.
Try it a few times incase you messed up lol. I don't it will work but would be epic if it does.

If you ever drop your keys into a pool of lava, forget about them, cuz man, they're gone...
Also, I just created a world and I spawned on grass. Problem?
EDIT: Ah, after I decided to break the grass around my spawn block (as per my OCD habit of marking where I return to) I find that I actually spawned on top of a tree.
ON TOP
OF A TREE
under the leaves (which were four blocks above the ground) was sand. So, explain that.
EDIT 2: So I built my house right there, and drowned myself. Spawned on TOP of my house instead of on that block of sand.
That edit 2, it's because you spawn always on the highest top of your spawn block, try it :wink.gif:
I've heard that the largest minecraft world possible would be 2x the size of the earth. Try to bust this :biggrin.gif:
at around 14,000 blocks (from spawn) the generator starts to mess up. So since 1 block = 1 meter then 14,000 X 14,000 = 196000000. This is just an estimate, it could mess up at anything. So since the size of earth is aproximately
120000000000000, it is completely false. Unless you want to count how large it could possibly be, even if it were a collection of chunk errors from 14,000 on.

if some higher beings ever got to view this forum before coming to our planet they would turn back and not bother!
1) If you make a box with absolutely no light that is big enough for monsters to spawn in and you leave it...
a) for 5 minutes.
:cool.gif: for a Minecraft night.
c) a whole 24 hours.
will it have monsters? Will this also work if you exit out of the game or if it's on SMP and nobody's on?
2) Can you get flint from TNT and gravel?
3) Is there a way, besides multiple TNT, that can extend the blast radius of a block of TNT?
4) Can you make a larger boat out of multiple boats, possibly by glitching them together without another program?
I would like to point out that these are questions and not myths. A myth is something like a rumor, its passed around and some people say its true, others false. That is why they test them. They are not here to answer any question or if you are wondering if something is possible. Test that yourself.

Is that clay count just the clay you could see exposed or have you actually dug into the sand around the coast to find it?
We consider lapis lazuli to be rarer than diamond despite there being the same amount of it in the world- it's the average distance between blocks we really care about.

I think that depends on the map your playing also. I've found more lapis than diamonds. I only have 17 diamonds and 2 and about another half stack stack of lapis so far. So that's about 28 lapiz ores I've found

You are more likely to find diamond near lava. That's a big myth I'd love to see busted or confirmed!

About tnt, i think it can. Homever, the chance is very slim. Every gravel destroyed has a 10 percent chance to drop flint. But when something is blown up by tnt, only every 1/4 block drops something. That means theres only a 2.5 percent chance to get gravel, if ive counted right. Which i most likely havent, since im tired. Also, about the obsidian myth, you can blow it up. You just need more tnt. ALOT more tnt, about 6000 to be exact. Theres actually a guy who blew up bedrock.

Scientifically, the first experiment in the first video was flawed.
On one of the trials you didn't fill the lava pool completely, therefore invalidating your results, were it a proper experiment.
Given that the delicacy of the experiment wasn't crucial, the results are still acceptable.
Next time make sure that each of your experiments are conducted EXACTLY the same.
Wrong, when you know where to look you can find heaps.
I once had 10 stacks of clay balls and my world size was only 2.5mbs!
Clay is easier to find yes, but rarer overall. I have around 33 216 diamonds in my world but only 1 160 clay.

When destroyed by tnt, gravel doesnt drop flint.
Busted on both. I've used both methods and got flint from both methods.
More than likely there was sand under that clay
I've torch mined thousands of blocks of gravel and I have NEVER gotten flint from it.

actually, it is impossible to get gravel from flint when you destroy it using a torch or a stoen slab
