Try selecting in the top right where that translation is and selecting a different option. Judging by the bookmarks you seem to be a Spanish speaker and if your region is interfering with that of the website it may be because the website is registering US servers, or it is just English in general I do not know, I am not the one who created it.
EDIT: Also here are 2 more things to try-
1. Disable some type of ad-block if you have one, or other plugins that might interfer with the webpage.
2. Go into your history (CTRL+H on Google Chrome) and clear your cache by clicking clear history/ clear browsing data; then select Cookies, Cached Images and Files, and then Hosted App data.
