Hi, I've been making videos on this channel for just over 2 years. I like the content I produce and so do other people, but I've been stuck in the 120's-130's for about 10 months. Not sure what I'm doing wrong or why my channel just won't grow anymore. I'm going to be releasing my resource pack when I hit 140, or IF I hit it. Take a look at my channel, tell me what you think and maybe subscribe?
Your channel has a lot of good things going on. I can't really say how to grow a channel since I only have 12 subscribers. But it looks very professional. The videos look polished. The art looks good.
I like channels where people are just being themselves and where they interact with their subscribers/where they kind of grow a community. I don't know if that helps.

Because there is a vast over-saturation of people trying to do the exact same thing as you. Harsh as it is, you have nothing unique to offer over basically anyone else.
The window for YouTube fame from Minecraft videos is long gone.

Multiplayer is lonely once you understand how it actually works.
"The window for YouTube fame from Minecraft videos is long gone." - echonite <--- This is probably a true statement.
But it doesn't mean you can't build up a channel a bit and have some fun. I agree that "a vast saturation of people" are doing the same thing as you, but that just means that a great amount of people are similar to you and could be your potential audience.
You seem like a young person. Creating a YouTube channel can provide a lot of life lessons about marketing, running a company, and building networking relationships.

Never said he couldn't try. Just pointed out why he isn't growing. The over-saturation means the potential viewers are spread thin. So unless you actually offer something new, people are unlikely to subscribe.

Hi, I'm just now reading this. I would appreciate if you would go back on my channel and watch my "Mystic Adventures" video. It needs some work, but I've never made a video quite like this. It was fun to make. Just wanted to know if this is more original than what I was making before. I even stopped uploading for a week just to focus on Mystic Adventures. (Not gonna do that again)

I understood and got that "Never said he couldn't try" aspect/vibe. Wasn't trying to bash on you. Just tryin to give some encouragement.
