- What program are you using?
- Is it a problem with the program or with the streaming service (website)?
- Is it an audio or video problem?
You must provide information. Without it, people can only reference you to guides of how to set up a live-stream.
I have my own, simple but confusing, problem. So far I have migrated my account, and connected my twitch account to the Mojang account, but whenever I try to record, it keeps saying that both accounts have not been connected.
Can someone help me i cant seem to stream on twitch with minecraft even though i linked my account. when i go to broadcast settings, this pops up. Also, i am on a mac, and i can stream on a PC but not a mac? THAT DOESENT MAKE SENSE!
Hi! I'm trying to get my head around how to stream from Mincraft to Twitch. I have migrated my account and connected it to twitch account. When I press stream I have a message - get Soundflower in order to stream on Mac I got it and installed it, but it doesn't seem to open or do anything.
I'm on Mac OSX Yosemite 10.10. May be the Soundflower doesn't work with it yet. The version of Sunflower I got is 1.6.6.
Anyone knows how to sort this out?
Or any better way to stream video and sound than doing it through the Twitch inegration with client?
As BustyChupacabra said above it is recommended that you not stream directly form minecraft's twitch integration feature. Instead you can easily download OBS which is free (don't know how well it works with Mac). I personally am not a huge fan of OBS after using Xsplit for so long but it's free and it works. Xsplit however will cost you about $60 a year. Keep in mind also xsplit has a little more functionality than OBS and has more options and the scene setup feature is nice with xsplit. Xsplit also has gamecaster and as a twitch streamer it has this great add-on to put the twitch chat over the game you are streaming so you can see chat while playing but the viewers do not see it.
