how do i put on screenies on the forums? i dont know :sad.gif:
If you have it hosted on a website, right-click the image. Then click the option that says "Copy Image Location". After that, come back here and open the reply box. You'll see a little image of a picture that, when you hover your cursor above it, will say "Insert image". Click that, and paste your image url into the box. Click the button, and you're done! You'll notice that all it does is add image tags to your url. You can always add those without using the button, if you so choose.
awesome job! any idea of how long it took to make?
I've had this world since January, and play on it a decent amount, every couple days or so.
I have a huge amount of stuff underground, but I didn't poost screenshots, I would need to make a video for it.
Thanks for the feedback!
Wow! That is awesome! I like the spirally stone thing. What is it?
It is a tower I built that has a spiral staircase to get to my mile-high-sky-highway that takes me from this developing town to another part of my world where I have a huge castle and terraformed mountain, among other things.
Cool stuff! Too bad the pictures get grainy at that resolution, though :tongue.gif:
These were taken before I started using optifog/optimine, which gets rid of hte graininess of it without sacrificing the great quality of picture that comes with a 256 pack. I will post more when I get one of my 512x packs more developed

I know. I downloaded the latest version and several previous versions after the latest didn't work. Every one of them worked wonders until it inevitably crashed the game. I may try it out again because the framerate issues I'm having in SP Minecraft is going to make me quit, no joke. I've decided to play a few survival maps and I wasted about 20 blocks of glass trying to make a window thanks to severe block lag. I had to place individual blocks in individual hotbar slots to prevent it.
Problem is, I've tried every combination of settings. I even turned every performance enhancing configuration in Optifine off and it still crashed my ****. What I didn't do was run Minecraft with Optifine with only one processor active. Doubt that's the issue but I'm about out of ideas.
Let me know what you think about my world!

That's good!

I am close to being able to put a teaser together for my secret project. :smile.gif:
I'm pretty sure I just saw The Great Wall integrated into a terraced Myan city attached to a sky rail of some sort. Can't say much. Sweet.
