So lately, I have been experimenting for a while with lighting in this scene. It will be part of my next animation! By the looks of it, this experimenting was worth it! The scene looks great so far, so I might keep it like this.
I made this in Blender 3D and the rig was created by my friend, SilverC16. Everything else in the scene is made by me. However, I am planning to smooth out the edges on some of the blocks in the final product.
Please tell me your thoughts about this scene and also tell me any suggestions. Thanks!

I suggest you implement 3D bookcases. There is a Blender Minecraft rig called rymdnisse. In the New3D_Rig.blend file there is a bookcase with added 3d realism.

I can actually make the 3D bookcases myself. Thanks for sharing the idea though!

Actually, it is a private rig. However, there is a rabbit rig that is up for download on Silverc16's Youtube channel.
Where's the link for the rabbit rig?
You can find it here:
omg thx so much!
You're welcome! I modeled the rabbit.

The rig needs more work, it can look better, softer.
and try to add a bit more varying lights.

Wow, two people piggybacked on this thread?
Anyway, the render itself looks pretty nice. It could be a tad brighter though.
