I'd love to make some of these, but I have no idea what kind of glue to use.
Some of the others here have more experience with this that me, but my couple of thoughts:
If you plan to do a lot of papercraft then you might like to get some papercraft glue such as Elmer's Craft Bond Paper Craft Glue Gel or a PVA craft glue.
Otherwise I'd expect most types of clear drying glue or glue paste should work well enough.
Glue sticks should also work fine for most of the papercrafts, but some of the more complicated designs may be a bit awkward due to the size of the glue sticks (too big for some of the tabs) and the pressure you need to apply to assembled 3D parts.
However, if you're looking to produce something more quickly it can also be easy to use sticky tape - using scissors to cut the tape into smaller pieces if required.
And here's a link to my dA gallery folder with all the mushroom blocks. Boe6Eod7Nty, I don't mind you hosting them wherever you host the rest and putting them in with the rest.
And the reason I made these even after I made a complete mushroom is that I know there will be the people who want to build a mushroom house; if you can pick and choose which blocks you have, then it's that much nicer.
i'd just like to add:
