What can you bring to our server?:Although I do not know plugins, I do know a little Java, so I could help developing the server and add in new mini games etc. I could also help the players know how to play the games, know the rules, and most importantly, customer support. I could help them if they bought some things from the store but did not receive it, I could help with that. I would alsbring justice to the server and if somebody told me there is a hacker etc., I would monitor him to see if he really is. If he is, I would see what is the type of hack he used, ask him why he did it, if he is really serious, I would like give him a warning(Or if it's reasonable). If not, I would follow the Punishment GUI and punish him accordingly.if the server need some money to support itself, I would donate whatever amount they would need. I would also try not to break any rules even those which are minor with very minor punishments. I would even accept punishments like temporary bans, permanent bans, and even getting demoted from staff to player rank.

Plugin Experience (What Plugins are you Proficient with):I am familiar with WorldEdit, as I have spent lots of time in Creative messing around and experimenting with //set, //undo, //up and other similar commands. I also know about the GroupManager plugin as well as WorldGuard and Essentials and PEX.
Knowledge of Permission Nodes (Just out of interest as we will need Permission Managers): As I said I'm familiar PEX and GroupManager and I have done full PEX permission files, including donator rank, staff ranks and ingame rank (bought with ingame money)
What can you bring to our Server?:Any time someone calls for me I will answer and attend to them as soon as I can. Hackers are apart of every server and come at any time if I see any hacker I will record and report on forums or to a higher member. If someone's spamming advertisements and thee is no mods online I will first mute then screenshot and show a higher ranked staff member. Also if someone is just spamming for any type of reason they will be Private messaged to stop and if they don't they will be muted for 10 minutes when unmuted if they continue I will re-mute and report to higher staff member. If someone is being racist towards another player I will first try to understand the situation see if I can get them to stop without having to mute if they don't they will be muted for 10 minutes and if they continue I will go straight to another higher ranked staff member about it. I feel as if I am mature enough to handle any kind of situation that comes towards me and capable of doing nearly any job. I respect any power given to me and will be responsible with them.
How Active are you? (Hours/Day): 2-3 Hours/Day
What are your Strengths/Weaknesses?:I'm good at Minecraft in general, but I don't really excel at many specific aspects of the game. I'd say I'm alright at building. I'm not one of those builders that spend 20 hours on an awesome mansion, but my work is alright . I'm good with interior design, and I can make a house's inside look like a specific theme, or just fun. I'm familiar with the Factions plugin and have been playing Faction servers for a long time, so I know how to manage a faction, decide who to trust, and make sure the members don't go crazy, while improving my building skills, and self-control (not giving too many members Faction moderator because they begged for it, or not claiming too much land for a huge base.) If needed, I can learn a bit about coding plugins- I am a fast learner

I want to be staff to help new people or people who have problems as best as possible. I want to mean something to the server and protect the server from the people who do not follow the rules. I want to make sure that all players can enjoy the game without hackers, people who screw up the game and so on. Every day I'm active for 3-5h or more. (During the week) In the weekend, I can play much longer. I understand how frustrating it is when hackers ruin the game. I want to make the server grow, make a good place for everyone to enjoy!

I have a lot of experience with being staff and all the commands. Personally, I've already been moderator, admin and co-owner on a few servers. Everyone was happy with me and I was trustworthy. I also have a lot of experience with world edit and plugins like world guard. On the servers where I was staff, I often had to help people and assist them. I did that with much pleasure! I was also able to use the console. I had to install and configure plugins, permissions and much other things. I play minecraft since 1.2.5 so I have much experience with the game.

As you already know, I'm 18. I'm Dutch and I come from Belgium. I can work very well with plugins and certainly with commands. If it must be serious, I can certainly be serious but I am abslolutely not boring! I like humor! Helpful? Sure I am! I really want to help people who are new to the server and protect the server from people who do not follow the rules. To me, they can always ask anything, I will always be willing to help even though I'm a little less inclined or If I'm busy. I'd like to help with the other staffmembers if there are problems. I'm polite of course. I do not like people to become abusive, certainly not with illnesses! I am always polite and certainly against the staff, who are almost '' saints '' that you have to respect. What will you bring to this Server? Whatever you want me to bring, Fun and Happiness. I can bring nearly everything but if i can't i will try my best. I can bring up some ideas for making people having a bright smile on their face and also i can bring some Plugin recommendations too. I can also bring some people to come and join the Server too by Advertising on some websites. I have a YouTube Channel which could also attract some players to come and join (Btw i have 9 subs but usually get 35-45 views per video). I am also very good with talking to players to make them accompanied..
