Still can't access it, made sure I can access other servers which I can.

(readded it a few times, tried typing the IP manually, still no luck.)

Ah, I had mistyped my username, there's no uppercase "M" at the start, so it's just "muscar".

Ok, so this is embarrassing, but a few posts back I noted that we switched hosts and our new IP is:

MINESPLOSION.TK

You have already been whitelisted for this one. Let me know if there are any issues

use the command /register <password> <password>

Your password can be anything and you only do this once to register
