Description: Re-add outposts they provide a good way to expand your territory, and improve your overall protection for your main city without needlessly and quite expensively purchasing extra town blocks. They also can improve RP aspects in many ways. A well positioned outpost fort on the edges of your current territory or along major roadways can provide a great tactical advantage by providing a staging area for your troops for invading a region, or routing attackers. They also can be fantastic trading areas, allowing for players to not have to fully travel from city to city in order to sell or buy wares.
Why add: An outpost in the right situation can make or break a town and/or nation in minecraft. However there needs to be limits imposed on the creation of an outpost to prevent abuse or needless struggles. A: Outposts can only be placed within your own politically (at the time) controlled territory as indicated by the political map above. B: Outposts should not be used willy nilly, as such I propose for them to be decently expensive in a range of $2500 - $5000. The price range of the Tier 1 and Tier 2 deep mines. It will create an interesting choice for a town being "is a deep mine more valuable than an outpost that can extend my town/clan's power?" I firmly believe that outposts are a good thing for a towny/clan roleplay server, as they can create a more enjoyable experience for all.

Description: Spawn in its current state in some aspects breaks immersion for me. This is a political roleplay server involving clans but a simple /spawn then use clan portals to virtually instantly travel across the wilderness without any need to explore it or desire to set up legitimate trade routes over land and sea. Spawn I feel should be more so a last resort for getting extra materials that can be found in the wilderness of the beautiful and highly exploitable landscape. Therefore I propose that spawn should not have clan portals but instead portals that allow for newbies when the server goes out of beta to get to the wild instead, or a singular portal which teleports the user to a random location on the map. Along with that, in order to prevent someone (like me) with high skill ranks in builder and such from abusing the easily accessible shops to get materials, place them, and get more money, to make spawn cost like $25 - $50 to actually travel to.
Why Add: Like outposts as mentioned in my above post, removal of clan portals and adding spawn costs would encourage improved political and player roleplay as trade route would need to be created and enforced. Especially if (hopefully) a large amount of players are always on the server.
