Denied. Your missing something, expand a little, and also you were part of riot crew and you were part of some chat fights and you trolled the guards.
I want to say i'm sorry for everything I have done in the past. Between getting exiled, demoted from guard three times, and being banned just a few days ago. I really just want to erase all the bad things I have done, I just want thanks the Emperors 100% for being so nice and not permanently banning me. I hope I can just restart maybe get off the naughty list.
From the amount of times you were temp banned by ME as Imperial for hacking, you deserve a lot more than a temporary ban. Also, I have about 2.5x the amount of money you do.
This app also means you are getting kicked from RC unless you have a very good reason for posting it while you are a member of RC.

How did you find this server: I found this server by just trying to find a good prison server, and I saw this and it looked really cool from what I could see.
Why do you want to be a guard: I want to be guard, because I want to be someone you can count on to get the job done. I also want to be guard, because I don't want innocent players being killed on there way to the shops. Also I want to be responsible for something I love responsibility. I also want to be with guards because it provides a great amount of teamwork and leadership which I am both good at. I never hack or glitch either.
Why should I choose you: I think you should choose me, because I am really mature and polite, I tend not to rage. I can be calm and cool, but at the same time I can be serious and on task. Another reason I should be evolved into guards is because of my pvp skills, I am good. The last reason you should choose me is because, I want to protect the streets of spartacus, take those nasty pvp abuser out. Thank you for taking the time to read my guard application, I have mumble.
I would like you to have a few more days on the server, then I will accept you.

How did you find this server:
My classmates West_Marshall (<--- ign) and Quatse (<--- ign) told me about it (they dont go on the server anymore ever since the 1st reset issue that happened a very long time ago; back in the days when i was a slave.)
Why do you want to be a guard:
i really want to help this server and ive been on this server for a long time (about 10 months). Also last time i've been on there's been on with a quite large amount of players, i have noticed that there has been a large amount of 'spawn camping' and 'mine camping'. i want to help the victims of these camps. Also, i'm friends with a lot of people on this server and I can easily make them stop mucking around in a way that doesn't involve fighting.
Why should I choose you:
I am a very responsible person and i know what to do since ive been a guard on many other servers but quit in them because they got boring. I am the type of person that will get the job done, and enjoy doing it as well and who doesnt rage. I can easily see when rivalries are coming and hell will break loose, and when it does ii could easily prevent theses fights by confiscating swords and armor. I also am an active, experienced player who is tired of seeing fight, and disobedience. I promise that if i was a guard, i would; replant the tree farm saplings, jail anyone that does hnr (hit and run), sapling grieving, grieving, and anything else that will ruin a players time in the wonderful world of Spartacus. I have mumble so i can communicate to other guards. I also have Skype and Facebook.

Also there is something wrong with VIP mines it doesn't reset properly, the blocks reset in the same spot ( every second reset ) and sometimes i mine for like 1 hour and there is no iron/gold blocks

Y u boast about being ex imp? Half the server has been imperial before. They even let in ash and steph... (nothing against you guys, but you kinda aren't great at pvp and made a lot of bad judgements, so I have heard)
Also, why is patato not co-co-owner, and ramo not co-co-owner assistant?
Also, I think I know why Planex is all over our forums...
I posted on their forums "good luck when you get the server back up hope all turns out good" or something along the lines of that... How they got from my complimenting post on their forums to trolling me on these forums still baffles me...

Chat mods get no respect at all from guards ( I think this is due we do not do any PvP duty..
