7) Why are you the best choice for guard? I believe that I am a GOOD choice for guard because I have seen how the prision runs and how some people run it. I think if i get guard, I will do my BEST to protect, serve and help the prisioners and others. Also, I will never hold a grudge and i will never ever kill someone just because I want to, I will run my butt off to catch a criminal, I will do My Best to do what this server needs and that is JUSTICE for the people who don't follow the rules like people who grief, kill, spam, advertise, etc. Even though I probably don't deserve it, I want to be like the other great guards and wardens, like NOAKII, that made this prision fun, but safe at the same time. In addition, I have always wanted to be a guard or even maybe an Alpha guard because they always seem to know how the prision runs and how to run it properly.
Also, it seems as if some of the other guards or doing SQ or screwing around somewhere else. I would not be like that. I would not screw around, I would do my job

Now, why does Noakii have to have so many ing favorites. He is like the teachers at my school. He only responds to Aevil. I like Aevil but Noakii just es me off. At first when I was free a long time ago I thought that too. But then I realized: He does not reply most of the time because he is busy and our chat is spammy. When I do /helpop he responds because he can actually SEE it. Also about him insulting people: he does not really mean it most of the time. It is a fact of life on convicted that Noakii can be a troll at times. If you make a rude remark after you ask and he does not respond it will prob seem like you are being a jerk. I am not posting this to suck up or anything as I am not that kind of person. I am saying this because I have heard many people complain about the wardens not replying and stuff.
All the people moaning about Noakii, not saying I agree/disagree but some things are better left unsaid. Especially when it involves the Co-Owner of the Server...

Spending some time on your unban app helps a lot. Not spelling correctly and using improper grammar decreases the chance. X-ray unban apps if you admit it you can say good bye to unban. X-ray apps are hardly ever accepted. Also you said you have an alt so use that.
Ill do your part noakii. its not that u can't respond it is that u choose what to respond to. I asked you a question. Then i said u never replied then u magically heard me? MAGIIIIIIC
He can't always reply to everything. It was a 30 min ban. Get the Furk over it. It may be frustrating but that was the past. You are back on. I got banned for 3 months and did I start flaming the staff? No. Being a jerk to them will not help you in the future with this problem. If you asked him in /helpop he prob would have responded. Also convicted chat is pretty active. He can easily lose what you say. Sometimes stuff I say disappears in one sec. Chances are it was prob less spammy and so he could see it.

Your going off that, did you take the time to look at my tunnels? if you had of looked i was going down when my pickaxe went from red to nothing so i had to get out, i dug one more down because my pick didnt break yet? , If i had an xray , dont you think i would of got the gold that was right next to me? , and before you say yea gold is worthless, i actually have a shop that i sell my gold ore at? so no i didnt use an xray, and i would have people on that server that would say that i wouldnt of used one, but i know you wont take the time or want to take the time to ask them, ive told you once and ill tell you agan, i did not and i have not used an xray, you's have a great server, i know mods are getting harder to catch these days and you's are going around banning people that LOOK LIKE there using an xray, but i wasn't and i can promise you that, thanks for taking time to read this. 7) Why are you the best choice for guard?: Because i really like the server and wont go around breaking any of the server or guard rules for fear of being banned or demoted. Another reason is although i may be young i am very smart and responsible and have the attitude to handle the power that comes with being a guard. Yet another reason is because i really want to learn what its like to play on the server being in a position of power so i wont do anything to screw up my chances of staying a guard, i can keep talking about reasons i would be a good guard (and i will if you request it) but you will just have to give me a chance and find out i understand this app will probably be ignored like my others (i dont mean that in a bad way i do realize all of the apps can be overwhelming) but if you do read this i sincerely thank you for taking time out of your day to read this! :D(sorry if some of this app sounds like my last one)

What I'm also going off of is the fact that i had been getting quite a few WG messages from you before, which is why I went to check you out in the first place. Also, in your appeal you said that you had just been digging holes when you were banned. You stopped midway down, mined to a diamond in a straight line, backed up and took another direction, went down to another diamond then left, why did you go down right before you mined that diamond? Why did you back up when you had struck that first diamond? Why did you conveniently not mention that you had stopped mining right before you were banned, instead of claiming you were digging holes and got banned? like i said i my pick was running out, yes i could of dug down further then stopped but i had already gotten enough diamonds down the hole already , so i stopped and tried my luck in a different direction, did you ban the other guy from xraying? there was another guy there, digging straight down, and i was stopping him, i was jumping down his holes so he could no longer dig? i was asking for help off guards and they wernt listening , i didnt get one reply? i wasnt using an xray and i never will, look i can see your not going to let me back although i didnt do anything wrong, but thanks for letting me play , i guess, through all the trouble i had.
Just out of curiosity , do you guys need new armour/tools/food/ores/ ? i can do any of them for you, i can also create new mobs , i was thinking if you's would like a new armour for C-Rank which is like Orange, B-Rank is whitte and black striped and so on, just a suggestion.

Why you deserve to be unbanned: Ok, I know this has been attempted in the past. I know immediately most of the alphas will want to reply with "denied" but I am no longer the convict that people saw me as. Normally I wouldnt care for the unban, Viper let me transfer all my items from Gorea to stealthSloth so the Gorea account is useless. But, I really want to try my hand at being a Guard, despite wanting to be a guard I would like to remain a Free as Sloth. Now back to the question, Why I think I deserve to be unbanned, I am a loyal player, Ive stuck with convicted even though at one time it treated me like . I am glad to say the era of "ban Gorea asap" / Gorea is a horrible Glitcher is over, but Now im asking of a favor from the staff. To this point I only help rather hurt the server, I report glitch-able area's and help in any other way I can.
I know people rarely get unbanned but I think at this point in time It would be fair, I desperately need an alt and it would be a tremendous favor from you guys. Viper, noakii, and all staff, please consider, the only reason Im doing this is so I can be a Guard which is something Ive wanted to do for a while. Like I said, I am no longer a criminal. Ok, the ban appeal above is there because I have to include one. I know this is going to be seen by a few alphas, maybe even a warden or two. I am tired of this constant effort of making an appeal, waiting a few days for some one to reply and inevitably hearing "no." This is simple, I want to be guard and Free, I bought an alt (Sloth) but he is (under these circumstances) a Main account. Unbanning Gorea might seem like a big deal but, its not. I might have done something in the past but after a solid 6 months of being a not only loyal but Helpful player I think it would be just. But seriously, I really want to have a Guard alt. What I'm also going off of is the fact that i had been getting quite a few WG messages from you before, which is why I went to check you out in the first place. Also, in your appeal you said that you had just been digging holes when you were banned. You stopped midway down, mined to a diamond in a straight line, backed up and took another direction, went down to another diamond then left, why did you go down right before you mined that diamond? Why did you back up when you had struck that first diamond? Why did you conveniently not mention that you had stopped mining right before you were banned, instead of claiming you were digging holes and got banned? The only reason I could think of would be X-ray.
Plus, in the video, I saw that you had both an iron and a diamond pickaxe, and switched to diamond to mine other diamonds. So why did you stop so suddenly there when you could have gone on?

On an unrelated note, in April i will have been guard for a year
like i said i my pick was running out, yes i could of dug down further then stopped but i had already gotten enough diamonds down the hole already , so i stopped and tried my luck in a different direction, did you ban the other guy from xraying? there was another guy there, digging straight down, and i was stopping him, i was jumping down his holes so he could no longer dig? i was asking for help off guards and they wernt listening , i didnt get one reply? i wasnt using an xray and i never will, look i can see your not going to let me back although i didnt do anything wrong, but thanks for letting me play , i guess, through all the trouble i had.

Why you deserve to be unbanned: Ok, I know this has been attempted in the past. I know immediately most of the alphas will want to reply with "denied" but I am no longer the convict that people saw me as. Normally I wouldnt care for the unban, Viper let me transfer all my items from Gorea to stealthSloth so the Gorea account is useless. But, I really want to try my hand at being a Guard, despite wanting to be a guard I would like to remain a Free as Sloth. Now back to the question, Why I think I deserve to be unbanned, I am a loyal player, Ive stuck with convicted even though at one time it treated me like . I am glad to say the era of "ban Gorea asap" / Gorea is a horrible Glitcher is over, but Now im asking of a favor from the staff. To this point I only help rather hurt the server, I report glitch-able area's and help in any other way I can.
I know people rarely get unbanned but I think at this point in time It would be fair, I desperately need an alt and it would be a tremendous favor from you guys. Viper, noakii, and all staff, please consider, the only reason Im doing this is so I can be a Guard which is something Ive wanted to do for a while. Like I said, I am no longer a criminal. Any additional information: If anyone thinks that I would not make a well suited Guard Im just going to say that my 7+ months here have not only made me pretty good at PVP but has taught me all the guard rules and technicalities. So dont let that effect your willingness to deny or accept.
Ok, the ban appeal above is there because I have to include one. I know this is going to be seen by a few alphas, maybe even a warden or two. I am tired of this constant effort of making an appeal, waiting a few days for some one to reply and inevitably hearing "no." This is simple, I want to be guard and Free, I bought an alt (Sloth) but he is (under these circumstances) a Main account. Unbanning Gorea might seem like a big deal but, its not. I might have done something in the past but after a solid 6 months of being a not only loyal but Helpful player I think it would be just. But seriously, I really want to have a Guard alt. Ok, I can tell your lying because in your ban app you said you dug 1x1 holes, but as you can see in the video, you didn't dig 1x1 holes.
