Any additional information:I was attacking guards and trying to sprint-hit them into lava when i got banned. The message that came up was Banned Nice speed hacks - SD. I was sprinting a lot and the admin might have gotten confused as to me sprinting backwards or sideways or something

Save it, I was watching you the entire time, I saw the running particals when you were standing still and hit one of the guards with a powerful knockback, you can only knockback players further when you are running, You were standing still and knocked the guard right in the hole.

The time I spend mining for diamonds is well worth it. I love to watch the mining techniques of people, and the different techniques intrigue me. I find the process of taking out illustrious criminals very rewarding. I also believe that out of all of the server types, prison types are the most intense, as in the start you are surrounded by danger.
6) What is your time zone? I am at -8 GMT with Daylight savings time.
7) Why are you the best choice for guard? I know how important staff is to a server, and I would never disrespect the honor of being staff. I love helping people, and I watch chat and answer all the questions I can. I have a great memory, and can remember how many times someone has fought or been bad within one hour. I love when servers run smoothly, and I know the standard behaviors of hackers. I know my way around commands too. When I speak in chat, I try to stay as formal as possible. I play on a few servers, and this is definitely on my top two. I also have staff on a few servers that I did not help to create. I believe that this server is one of the few great servers of an elite group of amazing servers, with non-corrupt staff and great ideals. I love all the activities, and know Minecraft very well. I love to play on Convicted because it is just perfect. There is so many things to do, and I would love to do them all. I know how to catch hackers and cheaters. I know not to be corrupt, and to always beware of dangerous players, being random in their attacking. I know when people are intentionally using caps, and know how annoying it is when people talk in their faction description when muted. One of my favorite things on this server is definitely the quests. They are so much fun . I would like to thank Noakii for hosting and building the amazing Gate quest. I love this server and hope that you guys accept my application.
8) What is your current rank? Do you understand that we will require PROOF of your rank when/if you retire from guard? I am in [Free] block. I love the server and all the games played on it. The activities are great, and the mines are always stocked. The activities in all of the blocks are amazing. I donated because of all the amazing things this server has, and I want to help it as much as I possibly can. I love the omega block's voter mine, it is very fun. why am I the best choice for guard? I've had experience with Prison servers for quite some while, I've also helped people and saved people when the guards are not on. This happens quite a bit late at night (Around 7:00 AEST) when guards are sleeping, or having a break. This is the time where I help others from A or elite or even Free trolls. New people come on at that time and I give them a warm welcome and a guide around. I know having a sword is a contraband item but I vow only to use it to kill people that attack C's when guards are not on. I'm also a kind easy going person that helps others, I've used my spare time to farm in the A mob grinder to get bones for bone-meal for the C's Tree Farm. I'm also a good choice for guard because I've seen the right and wrong things guards do, So I can stick to the guards right ways, while correcting myself to not do the incorrect thing as a guard.I will also protect the lower blocked prisoners and I am sure I'll do a good job. I'm also fairly comfortable with PVP now, because I've actually fought in the mob farm for a while and as an A prisoner, I often find myself battling people to reach the bank. I do not bank or log in a fight and fight until the end. I will not abuse power etc as a guard. I'll also try my best to look after the new C prisoners that come on the server to enjoy their time here. I have not donated, and I am truly sorry, as I am only 11, I do not have Credit Cards ETC and doesn't beg my father to donate (lol). I'm also a kind easy going person, I'm more serious when I protect people, or when I help others. I'm not 100% strict, but I'm just serious when I'm helping the society of Convicted. I'm also a person that will not hesitate to kill, attack or prevent people from destroying others way to rank up, I will happily give up my time as a Free player to just help the guards to spot, autofishers, X-Rayers or anything in the between. All the people that uses hacks/cheats are often spotted, but some people lurk around the edges of the server and when guards are not looking, they will often hack/cheat. I will be a good addition to the team because I will be on the lookout for people that fail to obey the rules of convicted.I'll also continue to help the C Blockers to find their way to B, and as the new C's roll in, I will continue to do my job to help them. As a Free, I've experienced some things that happened in convicted just now, or when I was a C. Some guards don't confiscate swords simply because the wielder is their friend. No, just no, If I am accepted, I vow to even to my friends, that I will take or even kill them, (If it proves necessary) just to take the contraband item that will endanger the lives of other prisoners. Even as a Free, I've experience other things, Guards simply ignoring a fight,the fight is right in front of them and what do they do??? They stand there, The Guards and Alphas and Wardens are perfectly fine, I'm talking about the Trainees when the Guards and the Alpha guards are not looking. The Trainees Log and BANK if they get attacked, I'm not talking about all the trainees but some.I'm also a person that will follow the rules, and remain loyal to the society, I do not kill people just for fun, but if it may prove needed then I shall. I've never moved to D or been banned from a server, and I wish to teach new fellow C Blockers the path to their future. I spend most of my time in the Omega to mine diamonds to make axes for people in C. Also, look up what racist is. Calling someone Asian when they ARE Asian, is not racist. I am most certainly not racist. In any way. At all. I never said I was going to battle the Ban. As you may recall I said just the contrary. So, I am glad you actually read what I posted before you replied.

The worst part in this whole matter is the fact that throughout being a guard and a player, All I ever got in response from anybody was negativity. I would suggest reflecting on yourselves before you are so quick to attack others. I can name 10 people off the top of my head that were never once nice to me. I never complained. And I never replied to them.

Also, if you recall, go back and look at my response to being accused of abusing guard powers.

Here were the accusations.

Having just logged on, I found that I was a trainee. On my way to drop all of my crap off, I was already attacked. So, I went into the pool to avoid it. literally 5 minutes into being guard. I had 64 diamonds on me. I was not willing to lose that. as I had just spent 24k on it.

I shot off the balcony in once instance. Got told not to. Never did it again.

I shot off that and Noakii ruled no shooting off balconies. Never did it again.

Thats it. Oh, and then there was the snowballs, even though there was a sign that clearly stated guards only were allowed to throw them, and a bunch of people got POed and called abuse.

Thats 2 events officially. That's it. I abused twice in THREE weeks of playing. Now do I care i was demoted? No. Do I think it was dumb? Yes. But do I care? No.

So, Now I have to rewind my Dave Matthew's back a couple of songs because I wasn't paying attention.

End of story. I'm Not racist. I don't feel the need to prove my intelligence to you guys. You aren't worth it. Don't care about your accusations of abuse. That's all.

3) How long have you been playing the server? (Minimum of 3 days) I am a C because this alt was given to me so I also couldn't choose name but I am carrotts55 so 2 months before the thanksgiving of the year this server was made.
4) Have you read the Server, Prison, and Guard Rules? yes.
5) Any experience with the prison genre? Yes. This one and when I was banned gabe's server.
6) What is your time zone? My time zone is PST.
7) Why are you the best choice for guard? I think I am the best choice for guard because when I have been guard before on carrotts55 3 times. People have told me I was a good guard and back when Beex still played Beex recommended me for guard. I know I can not please everyone but I still do my job and give proper jail times for offenses. I jail people even if they are my friends because being biased would be messed up and unfair. I am a pretty good shot with bow as well and I can see contraband from semi far away with my good eyes.

5) Any experience with the prison genre? I've played in this server and another prison server so I know how a prison server works.
6) What is your time zone? GMT 6+ Central Time, but I play mostly in the night.
7) Why are you the best choice for guard? Well I think I'm a good choice for guard because I would follow the rules and abide by them. I would help any C prisoner who has any trouble with pvp abusers. I would like to help the server be an even better prison server than what it already is. I think i'm quite just and and understandable of any situation and I would try and do a good job. I get in the server at least a couple days every week and spend two or three hours in it. I've seen a lot of people waiting for a guards to be gone to riot and kill every prisoner they can, most time late at night and I would love to be the guard who stops them. I'm good using a bow and I love shooting people who misbehave.
