I do not think it is possible. Having bukkit is what allows the plugins. Sorry man.

You can't, it's a bukkit plugin... I think you need bukkit for ANY plugin.

You Probably Are Since WorldEdit Is Also A Single Player Mod Not Just A Plugin So You Probably Need A Modded Server.
