hi im the owner (cartoonboy1122) of his new anarchy/ chaos server you can do whatever you want other then use of mod/hacks and spamming! griefing is allowed pvp and there is a plugin that drops players heads once you kill them! Also Faction to protect bases and a auto protect plugin when you place our first chest it creates a 5x5 protection zone. you start at spawn and can head north east south or west to start your adventure make sure to travel far from spawn and conceal your base or you will be griefed and robbed! There is no huge annoying hard to get through spawn just a hut you spawn then start playing immediately!
