Where are you from?: South Wales - United Kingdom.
Why do you prefer playing in a small community?: With small community's there is less likely to be any trouble. I love the smaller community because you get to know the people your playing with.
What is your favourite aspect of playing on a server with a vanilla-like gameplay?: Mod's take the fun out of the game, Survival is the best aspect of the game and to take that away and just fly around is boring. Vanilla actually makes you feel like you are doing something worth while.
Tell us something about yourself: Well... I have loved video games for as long as I can remember. My first love was Runescape and while that was at it's prime I got into a lot more online games like Habbo Hotel and World of Warcraft. MMO's are my favourite types of games, when I found Minecraft I got stuck on it and I have not really had a Break from it.
Why should we accept you?: I hope you accept me because I will bring a lot of joy and good times to the server. I love to have a laugh and chat to people. Voice chat makes the game so much easier to communicate with people and get to know who you play and interact with. I really hope you choose me to join as I think I would be a good asset to your team.
Accepted, welcome to the server :). Check out libercraft.net for any information on events, discussion, and everything!
Why do you prefer playing in a small community?: Theirs many reasons why I like playing in small communities, but mainly because I like having a tight group of friends to have fun with and build with. Not people that will grief my builds that I spend hours on. That is the main reason I like small communities.
What is your favorite aspect of playing on a server with a vanilla-like game play?: I love vanilla because when it comes to creative mode I feel like it's taking the fun out of what minecraft is suppose to be. Now I will admit if i'm trying to build something I like to use creative to test stuff out, but if your just playing on survival it takes all the fun out. Also because when you do a great build in survival you just feel more accomplished and you tell yourself "I didn't know that was even possible." or "I didn't know I could do that." That'a what I love about vanilla because you can see just what your good at.
Tell us something about yourself: I'm pretty funny as what my friends tell me. When I get enough time i'm a great builder in minecraft. I'm also like a little mom even though i'm a guy i'm the type of person you could go to with any problem or concern.
Why should we accept you?: I'm a good builder and I wanna bring my good builds to your screens to combine with all the good builds you already have.

Why do you prefer playing in a small community?: Having a smaller community in a mc server creates a closer knit group of individuals. There is better opportunity to socialize and collaborate in this type of community. I very much appeal to these aspects of small community.
What is your favourite aspect of playing on a server with a vanilla-like gameplay?: My favorite aspect of vanilla gameplay is that gameplay is more dependent on what you choose to do further after completing basic goals. I believe that mods limit a users creativity (even though there are some really cool mods) because they add more non-user goals for the player. I like vanilla gameplay because it is driven by user created goals.
Tell us something about yourself: I am a friendly and sociable player of video games, not just Minecraft. I hold these values mainly through participating in Boy Scouts, but I am do not completely assimilate myself with scouting. I take what means most to me.
Why should we accept you?: I'm up to talk to anyone, because again I'm sociable. I think getting to know more people and building relationships is very fun. I plan to add to other players experiences on Libercraft.

Why do you prefer playing in a small community?: Smaller communities are usually better if you need help or just want to have a conversation with folks. Usually on larger servers (when I played on servers before) you couldn't really get much help with anything or people just kind of ignored you. Plus with a smaller server, you can actually get to know people a little bit and have some fun
What is your favourite aspect of playing on a server with a vanilla-like gameplay?: I usually play modded single player (Either a FTB pack or Tekkit) so there are usually a lot of goals that you can go for or neat little things to do. This is cool and everything.... but I noticed most worlds all have a little bit of a pattern to them that can get kind of old. With vanilla, you don't have as many things to just automate so you have to either get creative with that or focus on something other than resource automation (or getting frustrated when machines blow up XD). I also feel like the builds in Vanilla are usually better to look at too.
Tell us something about yourself: Just a dude who fixes cars and computers n such. I love animals and am usually a team player there to help with builds 'n such.
Why should we accept you?: Simply put, I'm awesome and can make you cookies! Just kidding... maybe :p. Anyways, I like to chat with people during game so at the very least if people want a conversation I'm down for it. I'll also be there to help with builds or simply just to hang out.

Why do you prefer playing in a small community?: I feel like it is a bit more intimite to be playng with 10- 15 people regularly than having 40 people, half of which come in once in a month or when an update goes out. It helps having basic communications with the rest of the server and overall a more healthy community IMHO.
What is your favourite aspect of playing on a server with a vanilla-like gameplay?: Exploring, building stuff to be used by other people as well
Tell us something about yourself: I'm 16 and have played MineCraft on and off for about 5 - maybe - 6 years now and I have a lot of knowledge for the game ( haven't followed the 1.11.2 update tho, that's my bad)
Why should we accept you?: I feel like I can contribute to the server and the community that plays on it THANKS!
Hey AncientGums, just add a little more to your application and we'll be glad to accept you. We usually accept apps that are roughly 200 words.

Ingame Name:xxspankerxx (long story with the name, can elaborate in PM)
Where are you from?: Western US.
Why do you prefer playing in a small community?: I am looking for a tight knit community that actually encourages working together in many places instead of sitting around in your own quiet bubble.
What is your favorite aspect of playing on a server with a vanilla-like gameplay?: While I enjoy mods occasionally, vanilla seems to give me the most challenge as far as difficulty goes. It's every easy to not die in highly modded servers, while a creeper can still screw your day up on a vanill server.
Tell us something about yourself:I am a 26 year old computer programmer who plays MC while at his second job. I spend my time relaxing and playing games from MC, to LoL, Overwatch, and the like.
Why should we accept you?:I am a mature player who prefers the vanilla aspect and am able to keep my cool in times of stress.

Where are you from?: Poland, but anyway I speak spanish same easy as polish and my english is very communicative writing and talking
Why do you prefer playing in a small community?: Low probability of being stealed, we can focus on doing stuff together and meet each other
What is your favourite aspect of playing on a server with a vanilla-like gameplay?: Ummm, idk what say about it. I never tried mods and I'm not hyped about them. But yes I would like to share minecraft awesomeness with few freaks
Tell us something about yourself: So... My name is Pablo, Paul or Paweł, it depends of different languages lol I'm 22yo, guitarist and I enjoy programming too.

Hope you let me join, see ya on server

Finland. More precisely Lapland, the winter wonderland
Why do you prefer playing in a small community?:
Well, to begin with, it's the small communities where you get to know people. Smaller groups of people usually grow to have a better team spirit and you can even make new friends faster. Often in a large community it tends to be quite hard to get noticed by others, leaving you in a position that you don't really feel like you are part of something.
What is your favourite aspect of playing on a server with a vanilla-like gameplay?:
Problem solving, I would really want to learn more redstone and use that knowledge to automate as many of everyday chores as possible. Of course there is FTB and other modpacks that would support this kind of project, but the basic Vanilla Minecraft is fascinating as it seems more simple than it really is. Also I feel that these modpacks have too much of the stuff, it gets overwhelming to me as I would want to learn and complete everything as I just keep on finding new items and machines.
Tell us something about yourself:
Well, what can I say, I'm usually the silent guy who does his own thing and answers when someone asks something. On the other hand, I think most of us Finns are like that, so what can you do. Once I get to know you, I'll start to socialize more and take part in conversations, maybe I'll even start one sometimes
Why should we accept you?:
Even though I'm quiet, I'm still a team player. Usually it is very fast for me to develop a bond to people, so I feel responsibility to help those in need. Usually I tend to do little pranks to people I end up spending time with, but there is often a gift involved so it's not that bad
Accepted, welcome to the server :), glad to have another person from finland on the server :D. Check out libercraft.net for a ton of information about the server, projects, events, etc.
Why do you prefer playing in a small community?: I try playing on crowded servers but it always turns that they are full of little kids and to make it worst so is the staff and its not like I have anything against litle kids its just a big number of those litle kids are just too anoing, I don't mind all that much about community size I like only cool players that can understand me, so when I saw that your community is mostly mature players it immediately caught my attention. That's pretty much my reason why I wanna join this community.
What is your favourite aspect of playing on a server with a vanilla-like gameplay?: First I like normal minecraft and mainly I play with 1 or 2 texture packs, sometime shaders , but I dont like all that much modded minecraft or minecraft with plugins. Its not a deal breaker if a server has plugins but if it is modded MC I wont play on it. What I like most in minecraft is normal world but in creative (I love to make cool builds but its to hard and boring to get blocks in survival), I can play survival but I dont want to play alone and with a friend or possibly more friends I know I can make one op build (town). PvP is not for me because I am a noob on steroids when it comes to fighting in minecraft. So basically I can play only creative or survival with friend or two.
Tell us something about yourself: Playing with me you might notice that I am honest and I don't want to sugarcoat about anything if you build something cool I will say its cool if you build dirt house I will say its ugly (but if it is ugly I will always try to help fix it thoo asuming the player wants my help), I am not to pushy and I will accept every new cool and good idea. I want to talk with people when I play its beter and faster, english is not my main language so I am not judging when talking and I expect for other to do the same.
Why should we accept you? If you want a player who will contribute to the server I am your man, plus you will have a player from a new country join your server

Why do you prefer playing in a small community?: Large communities feel rather impersonal and isolated, especially for someone who doesn't yet have any other friends who play Minecraft as well--sort of like an "alone in a room full of people" type of thing. On a small server, I'd feel more welcome and comfortable, and thus would enjoy playing more even spending most of my time working alone.
What is your favourite aspect of playing on a server with a vanilla-like gameplay?: The fact that my poor old laptop can handle it. But on top of that, it's simpler and slower-paced, and I can enjoy the game while neither getting overwhelmed nor progressing and reaching practical end-game levels too quickly.
Tell us something about yourself: I'm quite a loner, even on multiplayer servers, and usually prefer to work on my own projects by myself. However, I'd be entirely happy to help in group or community projects if they come about on the server.
Why should we accept you?: As stated previously, I don't currently have any friends that play Minecraft, and I've been playing alone since I bought the game some four-ish years ago. I've only recently begun reaching out online to find other players, so I'm new to close-community multiplayer, and I won't lie--I'm a little (cough very) anxious of it. But I'd like to give it a shot and hope that I'll feel comfortable enough to really become a part of the community, and that I can be a welcome member of the server.
Accepted, welcome to the server and glad to have you! Follow us on libercraft.net for a ton of information about the server, events we host, etc.
Where are you from?: I am from California! Though I travel a lot and set up base often due to my work
Why do you prefer playing in a small community?: Having always been a single player up until a year ago, I know what being alone is like... Though it can be relaxing, Being in a strong community is amazing, and even though I've found a few, most don't welcome me as well as i hope due to in game fights that break out among the groups, though it happens, I don't like it when it affects people..Hopefully everything will be great here!
What is your favorite aspect of playing on a server with a vanilla-like game play?: Honestly its basic game play is the best for me. I love mods and different game play options but we all started off like this, and I will always love it! I also have a hard time with convoluted servers with so many different game play options, I never have the time I want to be able to play everything!
Tell us something about yourself: I have a passion for people, animals, and spending endless hours on MC haha! I also love improving my own building style, which is pretty terrible but i do have patience and i love having critics
Why should we accept you?: That is all up to you guys, but I'm a friendly person and I love investing my time into community's!! I also want you guys to know I'm very passionate and dedicated to my servers and spend my time helping as much as I can!
Why do you prefer playing in a small community?: It sounds less chaotic, and more intimate. I feel that the bigger a community gets, the more chaotic it can be. I have seen this multiple times in the past, and it does tend to ruin the fun a bit for me. It also makes me even more shy than I already tend to be. Smaller communities are a lot less stressful and more fun.
What is your favourite aspect of playing on a server with a vanilla-like gameplay?: Honestly, I do not know. I haven't played in years, and I'm quite rusty with the game. I simply hope I can learn some tips and tricks from the others and feel welcome, hopefully using that knowledge in the future to help others. :3
Tell us something about yourself: I'm a 29 year old Dutch gamer, currently doing volunteer work in a music/culture centre. I'm rather shy at times, but might loosen up in time. Probably. Also, I have a cat. Who is awesome.
Why should we accept you?: Although I am quite rusty with the game, I do love the creativity that goes with it. I love building and I'm a fast learner. I've built plenty of pretty things in the past, and love collecting stuff in games, so that might help too. I hope. Plus.. You asked. I answered.

Why do you prefer playing in a small community?: Playing in a small community is a better option regarding my way of playing the game. I cant play singleplayer, its just way too boring like that. In small communities u meet people from around the globe and get to know them, while my priority when playing games is to have fun, making friends is one of the biggest positives you can take out of multiplayer games. In bigger servers the players u met the other day may not even log in or if they log in u might not even understand of it. So yh, making friends while playing video games is something i like to do.
What is your favourite aspect of playing on a server with a vanilla-like gameplay?: No mods, the game is played like its intended. Yeah there are nice mods, but like85% of the global servers are full with them. Most of those servers use mods that actually ruin the gameplan of the game, make it completely different and if i wanted that id play something completely different. All I want is to build stuff, explore and occassionaly do the boring mining(we all have to at some point T.T). This is how the game is supposed to be, this is how I started playing it and this is why love it despite the situational boredom.
Tell us something about yourself: Im a computer graphics student,my hobbys - sports(football, tennis, swimming, billiard)cars, music, going out, computers.
Why should we accept you?: Well this decision is entirely up to you, I wont say why should you accept me. Its your decision and if u haven't liked my application so far I dont think that this is the way of persuading you to change your decision like that and if u've liked it thus far is there a point to write why should i be accepted?
Best Regards, Vimar!

The name just seems kinda trollish. I mean the first time people will see your name, I doubt they'll take you seriously. If you change your name to something better, I'd be happy to accept you. (Looks like you can change it in 4 days)
Accepted, welcome to the server and glad to have you

Where are you from?: Netherlands
I hope. Plus.. You asked. I answered.
Accepted and welcome to the server :), check out libercraft.net for any information you may need regarding server info, events, projects, etc! Glad to have you!
