On the Empathy Server, there are many player-run Sanctioned Projects. One of them is BELCHES. BELCHES hires players to clear or re-purpose abandoned claims or properties. There are also BELCHES Divisions which are Admin claimed projects that are completely legit, always being used or worked on, and give out jobs.
One of those BELCHES Division is Meridian City, a city built by player Matty707. He has worked long and hard on this city. Meridian City offers buyable penthouses, a dock-side fair, and has breathtaking views. It even has a man-made river! There's also lots of details in the skyscrapers he builds.
Another BELCHES Division is Iron City, built by player wd40bomber7. Iron City is not really a city, but it is made out of LOTS of iron. In fact, most of the ground is made out of iron blocks obtained from the many iron farms in Iron City! Iron City is also the location of /warp afk, where you get free iron ingots for afking there. wd40bomber7 is also the current Project Facilitator of BELCHES.
And another BELCHES division is Sim City, built by walterhenning. Sim City is our newest city, but it strives in houses, unlike Meridian City's penthouses. There are also a couple of skyscrapers, a restaurant, a monument, and a few other fun things. walterhenning also gives a lot of jobs for Sim City, so if you need a lot of money, ask walterhenning for a job.
