the server app will open and close right after i open it. i have windows 8.1. i have ran minecraft played it but i am trying to use my server... why is this happening?

Curse PremiumThere are a lot of things that could have gone wrong. The most common problem that people have is the EULA.
1. Go to where your server files are stored. A.K.A: Wherever you tried to run the server.
2. Find a file called EULA.txt
3. Open it
4. Change the, "eula=false" to, "eula=true"
5. Save and close the file
6. Try running your server again now

i had run my server on windows 7 but now it will not run....
