I've only been with these guys for a short amount of time, but we were looking for a small server to host a custom modpack I had put together for a few friends and I. I tend to research everything I can before choosing a subscription service like this and people kept pointing me back to Nodecraft.
I decided to give it a go and I'm definitely not disappointed. Things have been stable, easy to update, and overall the server itself runs well even with a good amount of automation going on. I would say give them a shot if you're looking for hosting. The setup process was smooth and painless. I really enjoy the admin panel. FTP information was easy to get to. My only complaint was that whitelisting was a little janky, but that's usually a bit of a pain for servers. I got it sorted out easily with some brainpower.
Overall, great performance, good admin panel, and easy access to my files from anywhere. I've got no complaints.
My friends and I came across Node craft after having a fatal crash due to server limits on another server hosting which totalled it. We decided to go with Node craft as it had a discount going for something like 50% off and it was really worth it. The server runs great no problems with hardware or ui or anything at all. The features included as well are genius and make everything extra simple to use and set up.
The fact that the server doesn't brick itself if we reach the server limits is an extra plus as we usually do.
Thanks for the kind review Nevthebear356, we very much appreciate it!
In response to SeppyZn's comment, we do operate a fair use policy on our storage space, with the limits listed clearly at https://nodecraft.com/game-servers/minecraft, but will always contact customers before we even consider terminating their service for over-usage to try and work with them to reduce this to a more acceptable number.
We are working on allowing customers to purchase more storage space where necessary in future, but for the time being do have to enforce these limits, or at least, enforce them to a level that doesn't cause any negative effects to any other customers on the device, such an over-usage of something like 500%. For example, a service utilising 50GB of solid-state storage for Dynmap tiles is very quickly going to flag our staff to take a look, and then a ticket created for the customer to reduce this usage.
Rest assured, services are never terminated simply for disk over-usage, without prior contact and ample time for resolution between our staff and the affected customer. If you would like us to clarify anything in regards to specifics about your account SeppyZn, please feel free to create a ticket at https://nodecraft.com/support/tickets and we'll be happy to assist in any way that we can.
What about the money that you keep in Co-Op vault and refuse to give back once the service is terminated or no longer being used?
As we have described in great detail to you, in many previous communications, Co-Op vault payments made via our service are non-refundable, as are credit deposits, other than in extreme circumstances. The credit will of course never expire in your account, but can not be withdrawn. Not only is this covered in our Terms of Service, but is one of the core design principles behind co-op vault; the money there is guaranteed to be always used for server purchases at NodeCraft.com, and never withdrawn for other purposes. This concept is what makes it such a desirable system for many users, as they feel safe that their money is contributing directly to the server hosted at NodeCraft.com.
If you would like to discuss this further, we'd be happy to in the form of a ticket, or any other support method that we offer.
Been with these guys now for two weeks. They answered every question I had with no issues. Tech support live chat responds all the time, and with that I usually get the same 2 people which means they are familiar with my server and what I need. They got me my military discount in minutes. There is nothing they cannot or will not do.
Server side in game, I got their asteroid plan as it's just friends and family on my server. Runs with no hitches or lag. We added MCMMO (Which they did within minutes of me asking for it) and have no issues.
Over all I say 20 out of 10, and will stick with them until I no longer run a minecraft.

Friendly little MCMMO Survival server.
Well, it is the first server I have purchased besides using my own. The tools are easy to use, and I had a heavily modified server up in minutes. Prices are competitive, too. Nothing but positive experiences here.
