We have no ETA when we'll be restocking the 256MB Vanilla servers. We may replace the 256MB Vanilla servers with a $1/mo 512MB Vanilla server but we're not 100% certain on that yet.

In other news, Node 34 is now online! Our Vanilla/Bukkit servers are now re-stocked and ready for orders! If you have any issues with the automatic deployment, please submit a support ticket.

I can't speak for the stability or long-term experience so far, but I just signed up for an 8GB server and it was ready and running by the time I got to check my email for the confirmation. Looking forward to good things, and will add reports on the experience as I go.

Hope that you won't change it as I just want a 2-4 slots server to play custom maps with friends
Can you let me know when you guys get new custom jars, I have a friend who has a bukkit server from you guys and it's great lag free. So I was hoping to get a custom jar from you guys but you're out of stock on all of them. Thanks!
The good: Minecrafted has excelent latency, remains very stable, is quite popular, and has a quick setup process.
The bad: The customer service at Minecrafted is horrendous, and do not employ enough staff to handle all of the support tickets they receive.
The ugly: I still cannot recommend this hosting service to any of my friends, even with all of those great redeeming qualities. Why? After being double charged from their auto-billing cycle, I opened a ticket requesting a refund. I understand that the auto-billing cycle would auto-deduct payments to pay off invoices, but to automatically charge a subscription for an already paid off invoice? Ridiculous. 3 days, no response, 4 days, no response, 5, days no response, ... 7 days no response. My server cancellation was promptly handled within the 24 hour cycle, and I had to get in touch with Paypal to begin a dispute for the money Minecrafted was holding onto. Minecrafted has since banned my ip address, and has still not responded to any of my inquiries. I guess they can deal with Paypal now.
Just to offer a counterpoint, the service I originally ordered with them was the Vanilla/Bukkit service, which was set up immediately, but I had ordered it by mistake, thinking it was their Custom JAR service. They responded to my support ticket immediately, and my money was refunded within 12 hours - exactly as they promised. Your experience may vary, but I'll tell you what. I just signed up for a dedicated server with them.
Rest assured, 99.9% of our customers are happy with our service. Any billing related issues are almost 100% due to the customer not removing their subscription with us via PayPal (which we have no control of and cannot cancel it on our end). We do not send out any invoices after a cancellation request and if there is any issue with an over payment, we always give the customer the option to keep the over payment as a credit or as a refund. We cannot force any payment from our end and we do not "double-charge" anybody. If we did, you would see constant complaints everyday by customers (which you obviously do not see).
We did not respond to the above claim because it's a billing related support issue and we do not respond to support related issues on this forum.
We're happy to announce that Node 36 is now online!
Also, we are now sold out out of dedicated servers again. You guys snatched them all up within 24 hours . (We typically only make Dedicated Server stock announcements on our Twitter)
We also have re-structured our support system to help point you into the specific department relating to your issue. Please submit your issue to the correct department in order to receive a faster response time.
I ordered one of these 2gb Custom Jar specials and 30h and two tickets later my order is still "Pending".
The forum comments about their customer service are starting to make sense.
Which is a pity since by far they have the best latency among all the demo/trials I've tested.

We hope to have stock for the Custom JAR servers soon. Been busy with our main node setups :).
