Guys remove Knifed7 from the clan, he kicked most of you from the clan on Ironcross and greifed us, but dont worry, we hava a new base and we are back.

Why do you want to become a thief of the guild? Because this is something unique, new and unusual, usually, griefing is not a rule but it seems like an order here, sounds fun!
Hey guys, what happened to our base? I did /f home and it took me to a small room. Before that I was in our old base but it was griefed and there were no chest. What happened?
I think that we should find a new server, and yes that goes again everything I have previously said about not giving up. I am just sick of being raided constantly.
I agree, we need to find a new server, and travel extremely far away. Here is my plan: Without making a faction, we set up base and build up. Then we create the faction at a time when nearly all the active members are online and raid ALL the people!
Our base in the sky was seriously flawed and horribly done. Our new base should be at bedrock, so we can mine, and it is hidden. That was two fatal flaws with our sky base, anybody could see it\get to it, and we couldn't get vital resources. This huge clan deserves an amazing base, and this plan isn't too hard, but will be easy to expand and I don't see how we can't do it, we actually gain resources when building it instead of losing, because we mine it out.
We need to have 6 main wings in our base. A mining wing, two storage wings, a tree farm, and a normal farm. The last wing is a common room, luxuriously furnished, so that the thieves can just chill. The faction base should be set there, and it should have entrances to the other wings except the second storage room. The farms are lit with glowstone, jack-o-lanterns, and torches if necessary. Above those six wings, there is a long maze entrance, with millions of doors on the sides leading to rooms. The rooms can be claimed by any thief (1 room for a pickpocket\footpad, two for any higher ranks, three for council members) but the real purpose is because it is a maze. It has an entrance to the surface, yes, but if somebody manages to get in, they'll get lost. In the maze, there should be an extremely secret pathway that leads to the second storage room. There, riches are stored, and it has a "give to take" rule.
I know this all sounds complicated, but actually it's very simple. Oh, and so thieves can get through, we should add a secret catch that only thieves can see to follow. Maybe "random" blocks of cobble, or a code to get through. (Example, left left right right left right)

We need to stop raiding the big factions. Instead, we stay in the shadows, not really doing anything to them, until they get weak or we get strong. Our prey, however cowardly we may be called, is on weaklings.
Also, when we're done with building this base and have enough resources to build another, we should make an even more hidden emergency room. This is extremely top secret and is even farther away than our base. There we have a simple obsidian covered room with multiple iron doors in a row to get in that can resist any blast, and inside is a lot of chests, two furnaces, a crafting table, and a bed. Here we store a few necessities. Also we should make hidden "deposits" that have bits of food inside them. They should be placed under landmarks in strategic positions, and it is the job of pickpockets and footpads to check each deposit and refurnish them. Although any rank can do this job, it is the footpads\pickpockets that are required to do it.
