Maybe use some more pictures of builds and go into third person and stand next to them also, that way we can make sure that YOU made them. :3

In game name: Chimlet225 Real first name: Michael J. Pecaro Gender: Male Age: 16 Timezone: (UTC-06:00) Central Time (US & Canada) Why do you want to be staff here? (At least 1-2 good paragraphs): I would like to be part of the staff because I really enjoyed my previous experience with Fallout role playing and I saw a few issues in their staff. I'd really like to be a part of this new server in staff and ensure the same issues do not occur. I also like the thought of helping in any way possible, and since my building skills are lacking I'd like to put in my managing skills to help on here.
What experience in Fallout do you have?: I've played Fallout, Fallout 2, Fallout: Brotherhood of Steel, Fallout 3, and Fallout New Vegas. Each of these games I enjoyed heavily.
What RP experience do you have?: I've played on an older Fallout server, followed by a Skyrim server that later turned into some strange mix of Skyrim and Dark souls. I then went on to Lord of the Craft which I've been playing on for a year now.
What staff experience do you have?: I used to be a moderator on another server for about a year before I got into role playing. I left the server because the admin moved on to creating Expanse Online, which no longer required Minecraft. In this time of being a moderator I gained a bit of experience with all sorts of different plug-ins, most notably the Big Brother stick which helped a lot with griefers. Other than that role I haven't taken up a role in position of staff. But I can say I will be able to handle people well.
Define Power Gaming (1 Paragraph): Power gaming would constitute as the act of bringing another person's character into a situation they could not possibly come out victorious in. This could be noted in fights often. An example would be two men fighting to settle a dispute, man number one is being held down by man two so he emotes grabbing his knife from the sheath on his side and stabbing man two until he dies. This would give man two no chance to fight back or even react, hence power gaming has been achieved.
Define Meta-Gaming (1 Paragraph): Meta gaming would be using knowledge learned out of character, in character to take advantage of a situation. Say a group of bandits plan on raiding some sort of settlement that usually does not take any raids or has not been raided in the past. But someone within the town hears of this plan out of character and warns his superior who then orders that the town goes into full defense without any true in character reason, this would be meta gaming. As there was no in character rhyme or reason for such a drastic event to go down and it would also provide much advantage of the people within the settlement. But this could be considered fine if a person within the settlement witnessed the plan in character and the event after took place with in character knowledge.
Say someone is Meta-Gaming, What would you do? (1 Paragraph explanation): If a person within the server was meta gaming and it came to my attention this was so I'd provide a warning and explain why they can't meta game. If the issue persists I would then need to take action which would require me putting them for a week ban or telling an admin of the issue and allowing them to do so. If a week ban does not teach the individual that meta gaming should not be done I would then go to an admin and bring up the option of a permanent ban from the server and allow them to do as they see fit.
Say someone is hacking, and someone has proof of it, What would you do? (1 Paragraph explanation): I would put them under a week ban provided I have permissions to do so and bring up the course of actions with an admin and hopefully acquire a permanent ban. Hacking is a serious offence on any server, more-so on a role playing server as it could alter much in character, such as a person vs person duel where one has some sort of an aim hack and wins a duel that could be crucial. But the severity of the punishment would really depend on what the person is doing on the server and how much it has altered.
Plugin Experience: I've used world edit, big brother, mob disguise, and various role play chats.
Experience with Application (Accepting/Denying): I've never been on any app teams in the past but I do understand when little to no effort has been placed into an application.
Should you disrespect players if they are disrespecting you?: No, being in the position of a moderator requires me to maintain a professional outlook on any situation provided. If someone is disrespecting me I must simply be mature and add it to the report that will later be used when determining a punishment for the offender.
Why should we accept you as staff? (At least 1-3 good paragraphs): Accepting me as staff would provide a loyal and hardworking moderator who will put a grand amount of time coming on and watching over the role players as well as myself giving new role play possibilities to those on the server. I will do whatever tasks are handed to me and ensure everyone enjoys their experience on the server. I will make sure all those online will follow the rules accordingly and will be fair and unbiased with all my judgment in any matters. I can't add more than that at this point, so I'll just say it's truly up to you, the reader of this application, if you should accept me. Thank you for your time, and enjoy your evening, morning, or night.

Use it in minecraft and build a structure from Fallout 3 in a flat world; some structure you consider representative (A dinner, an office, a metro station,) include interiors, depending on the structure.Take some screenshots of it, and re-post your app with said screenshots included.
We are changing the requirements for the builder app so they have to include a building of something related to fallout, considering what they will be building if accepted.
Why do you want to be staff here? (At least 1-2 good paragraphs): Well for starters I am a big fallout fan. I have played mostly all the games and think this a great idea for a server. I actually used to be moderator on a fallout server about a year ago, but that server went down. I would also like to help moderate and help players whenever they need it. I am also looking to be staff because I am friends with like all of you staff people and enjoy gaming with you all.
More reasons I like this moderator position is because is because I would like to make sure the roleplay stays serious, I know I love to goof around on servers but I love to see some good roleplay happen. Lastly I am great with plugins and server problems so I can help with that if needed.
What experience in Fallout do you have?: I have play Fallout 3 and Fallout New Vegas. As I stated early in the application I was on a Fallout server before.
What RP experience do you have?: I have been roleplaying for about 2 years on a few servers. I have played on: "Lordran: Lost Souls" "Lord of the Craft" and "Fallout Nuka-Break"
What staff experience do you have?: I have ran my own servers and have been moderator on a few servers.
Define Power Gaming (1 Paragraph): Power gaming is basically the douchiest thing you can ever do while roleplaying. I means that you have almost unlimited power, strength, wealth, stamina, etc. Power gaming can also mean dedicating your character to one challenging goal with no sorts of obstacles. It could also be put in terms as "Going ham"
Define Meta-Gaming (1 Paragraph): Meta-Gaming is another sort of douchebagery. It involves 2 or more players using in game information to your advantage in out of character. It one of those thing that is hard to resist do and sometimes happens without you know. Yet it is very bad for roleplay and can sometimes just people off.
Say someone is Meta-Gaming, What would you do? (1 Paragraph explanation): Honestly what I would do is confront them about the situation first. Then I would make sure they understand it is against the rules to meta-game. Then I would give them a warning and probably would type down there IGN into a text document and write warned for meta-gaming. Then tell them if I see it happen again I might temp-ban them for a few hours or days. If they were to disrespect my warning I would probably without a doubt temp-ban them for a few hours or so.
Say someone is hacking, and someone has proof of it, What would you do? (1 Paragraph explanation): I would make sure the proof is real. Then I would consult with another GM or Admin about the problem to see if they think it is hacking. Then after the determination process I would make them an offer, I would tell them that I would temp-ban them for a few days, if they don't stop I would just ban them and then talk to an owner/admin about the hacks depending on the situation.
Plugin Experience: I have worked with hundreds of plugins in my days of server work. I am great with worldedit, essentials, and so many other plugins that have been on servers.
Experience with Application (Accepting/Denying): I'm going to be honest that I do not have some much experience with this as I should. Yet I understand what is required in an application to really accept or deny one. I wouldn't accept someone whom would seem as if they would be a power gamer. For example: master at everything they do and can kill you in one touch. That would just be denied by reading that sentence.
Should you disrespect players if they are disrespecting you?: Probably not I would just ask them nicely to understand things from my point of view and not to be mad at me for whatever the problem is. Honestly if a person were to message me rude things out of the blue, then maybe I might kick them from the server for disrespect but that would be very rare.
Why should we accept you as staff? (At least 1-3 good paragraphs): Well I mean I gave most of my reasons in the other parts of the application. Yet I can still tell you why you should pick me. I am already friends with most of you staff peoples. I can be very trust worthy, and if I'm not you can have Chim beat me up. I have much experience with server and most of the plugins. I have really nothing better to do with my time but moderate or help players. I am a pretty fun and creative with my roleplay, trying to encourage players to choose and explore opportunities in there roleplaying experience.
I'm very understanding when it comes to most people. I respect players for just being on the server, it really makes me happy to know that more people enjoy roleplay games and the Fallout theme. I have a few friends that I may be able to convince to join the server and to play for a long while. I have fun with what I do and I don't get stressed easy. I can react to situations calmly and with care. That's really all I can think of but I honestly think I deserve a shot at moderator.
