Hey, just wanted to let you know. I had finished setting up both the project management tracking system and bug tracking panel you had asked for, and was about to ask you if you wanted me to buy us an OVH Game 1 dedicated server with an AMD Ryzen processor, 32GB RAM and 500gb nvme ssd on a 1gbps connection so we didnt have to use shared hosting.
But you kicked me from the project in under 12 hours because "I didn't reply fast enough" even though I was talking to the people you said you were tired of talking to and I didn't reply fast enough to you after I told you I have a full time job and you said it was not a problem because "you are 22 and you understand."
So, best of luck to anyone who tries applying here, I hope you can keep your response times as low as a few minutes or you might get kicked randomly.
Fair enough reply, I just didn't trust you and your intentions because it took many hours to get a response from you and you had just started. I don't think it's unreasonable to spend the first few days muddling through important questions and making sure you answer them.
I can completely get behind being busy and not being able to reply, but you just started dude. You can't just take a managerial position and then go silent 90% of the time, with barely any concise info on what your plans are or what you're doing. That's not okay, at least to someone who's trying to take things semi-seriously right now.
You did take a rather large position and I am paranoid because of how inherently toxic Minecraft's community is, and I didn't see enough engagement from you to be comfortable. You weren't really discussing your plans, you were just doing it without laying down the plans for me and I just can't see that being a stable partner.
I did not feel comfortable with your lack of engagement at the time. Good luck wherever you go.

I literally wrote in the chat: "i am at work, working on a project that requires my attention." You never gave me anything to work on other than "make a trello account." You also wrote in the chat you were busy. I am not sure what you are talking about.

I apologize that you felt wronged. I simply felt uncomfortable and decided to dissolve it before things got too serious. Cheers.
